They make my drinks fine. I gave a low score because every time I go there, they are openly bashing coworkers and their managers. It is unprofessional and quite frankly, if they have gripes, keep the customers out of hearing about it every time they are waiting for their order or find another place to work at. I do not care if the staff doesn’t like someone nor do I want to hear petty gossiping. Either wait for your break or keep it to yourself.

Cops hang out here. The employees don’t bother to put their phones away or stand up straight when customers come in. I warned them the parking lot was extremely slippery and they said “we have a guy who comes and salts”. There was no salt in the parking lot, just 1 pile in front of the door. If I were the manager of this starbucks, I would make the (common sense) executive decision to go next door to Acme and purchase a bag of salt using the company’s petty cash. If they were out of milk, they would go over there and buy some, not just stop serving milk until their next shipment comes in. Unfortunately, the employees are too wrapped up in watching tiktoks to have any situational awareness.
In regard to my purchase, the coffee was fine. Strong and bitter.

I miss the Springfield Starbucks, where you can seat, I went today to this place and the employee Alex, she was soooo nice!, very polite with us and with all the costumers.

I had never been to this store, but it is close to where I go to school so I decided I was going to mobile order to pick it up while I was on a break. I placed an order and arrived about 5 minutes after I placed it and I was met with a man screaming outside smoking a cigarette that the store was closed. I tried to explain that I placed an order online, but he immediately told me it doesn’t matter and the store is closed and there’s nothing they could do. I didn’t know what to do, but a nice man told me he would help me try to help me because he felt bad. We went up to the door as crowds of people were still trying to rush in because they had also placed mobile orders. The man and I were greeted with a nicer lady who then gave me an $8 reward card and also told me I could get my money back if I contacted starbucks. I am curious as to what happened that the store closed down in the 5 minutes I ordered and arrived. First time going there and never going back. I am a young girl and being greeted with a screaming man was definitely unsettling. Could’ve been handled better.

My son and I stopped in tonight. I had an excellent latte made exactly how I asked by a very nice young woman with cute lime green curls, and my son ordered a pineapple drink that he said was tasty. The young man working was cleaning the store and also very friendly. Top notch, you two!

The one in Broomall is much nicer. I went there today and the cashier for the drive-thru was so rude. She didn't even acknowledge me. Just because you're very busy and has the multitask, does not mean that it's okay to be rude. And she was rude.

I made an online order and one of the products I ordered they were out of which sucked. Iordered a cake pop which tastes ok and I ordered a pink drink with chocolate cold foam because I heard it tasted like chocolate covered strawberries. I don't think it tasted just like chocolate covered strawberries but I could see why people say that. It was definitely better than what the pink drink tastes like on its own so that's a plus. The problem is they charge over a dollar just to add the chocolate foam which I thought was crazy.I typically try to avoid going to Starbuck more and more since they keep raising their prices but I wanted to try this drink. I'm sure it'll be months again before I head back to any Starbucks.
