Teca Newtown Square

We went on a Tuesday night to celebrate my husband's birthday and had the most wonderful time. The staff bent over backwards to deliver a special request pizza as a surprise, and took care of us beautifully on the day. Cannot fault the location, food or service at all. Thanks Teca!

Our family had a beautiful time at my daughter's engagement party. Such a wonderful place. The food was excellent. The atmosphere was very nice and warm. The wine cellar part of the restaurant where we had the event was very cozy and just delightful. The staff was courteous and very helpful and made sure all of our needs were met. We had a great time.

Great food and varied menu. Love the pasta being served in little pans. Service was great (and extremely fast), especially with our little kid. We were also glad to be able to get in when other restaurants were fully booked so early in the evening. The only knock is the credit card fee at this price point and the fact it was only disclosed in very fine print on one menu page (no sign at the door or host stand, meaning someone going to the bar and ordering a drink would not know until they got the bill).

Head a luncheon after a funeral at Teca. Food, service and arrangements were great. Been there for an engagement party as well; the same. Would definitely not hesitate to go back to Teca for future events or just for dinner.

Very nice place service was great. Food was amazing and the price is just right.

Had a lovely New Year's Eve dinner. The veal chop was exquisite, perfectly prepared. My partner enjoyed it very much. I would have given 5 stars except by 8:30 they were already out of the stuffed shrimp from a very limited menu. Our waiter forgot to inform us so I had to make a last minute change of selection after choosing my entree. I chose the lobster ravioli which was fine but not what I had a taste for. Seems that with such a limited menu of entrees you shouldn't be running out. Otherwise we do live Teca.

Dinner was great but we are regulars and weren't thrilled about being put in the banquet room. While the servers were on their game and efficient they were sometimes too efficient often grabbing plates from us before we were completely finished.

It was good I had the branzino on new years eve which was overcooked and hard but very one else liked their dinner. To be expected on a crowded evening I guess. The service was great and good ambience !

Had the Veal Chop special on Saturday night!!! Goodness Gracious it may have been the best meal I've had out to eat in my 37 years of existence.... the Caesar salad was exquisite and the atmosphere was incredible... Kevin our waiter was great as well!! The veal was so perfectly cooked and served over thinkly sliced potatoes, topped w Prosciutto and cheese, and smothered in a mushroom sauce... I may have ruined restaurants for myself the rest of my life...
