I ordered avocado toast at Juice Pod and ended up waiting over 40 minutes for it. While I was waiting, multiple customers who ordered after me received their food and drinks with no delay. I was told a few times that my order would be right out, but eventually I had to ask again if it was almost ready. When it finally arrived, the presentation was disappointing — the egg had fallen off and it simply didn’t look appetizing. After such a long wait, it was not an enjoyable experience and I was very disappointed.

I want to thank them for a perfect açaí bowl. I swear this is the first time I’ve gotten peanut butter in my Nutter butter bowl at any of the juice pods I’ve been to. It’s probably the best I’ve had from all in Delco and I’ve tried about 80% of them. When I was there, I could tell they were taking their time to craft each and every bowl meal smoothie that went out the door and I appreciate that! Thank you to the juice pod in Newtown Square, my new fave. :)

First time at the Juice Pod. I walked in and ordered from the kiosk. My order was perfect, a Matcha smoothie and added kale. Everything tasted great. The banana made it creamy and the dates sweet.

Here’s what I don’t get—it’s cold-pressed juice…and it’s served warm here. The juice tastes good, but drinking it warm is just not appetizing. I think they might do better making juice daily from the menu and then refrigerating it. There were a couple of cold bottles in the front, but no selection. Service was very slow. Uninspired decor which is almost gives the place a depressing feel. Ultimately, far too expensive for what you receive.

I got an 8 dollar bagel and they burned it. like charcoal black on top

This Acai bowl was so good to the point I almost couldn't finish it. I kept going back to it because of the flavors. & The panini sandwich delicious. Will be returning soon

Delicious food and polite and welcoming staff

Dirty! Tables, chairs floor, trash can with no bag in it, bathroom running out of TP and gross…totally disgusting for a food establishment. The workers seem less than enthusiastic and it wasn’t like they were too busy to clean up…we were the only folx in there and they were just standing around. I was excited to try this place but wouldn’t return or recommend.
