Placed order at 5:42 pm. It’s now 7:40 pm and no order. Called and was told 30 minutes ago that it was on its way. I’m two miles away. Never arrived. Got a call from the restaurant saying it was just on the way. Cancelled the order. Then got a call from the delivery driver saying his car “broke down” and we could swing by where he was broken down to pick up the order??? Which is it??? I better get my money back as requested. Do not recommend.

Good for, when you pick it up. Pizza is almost never actually cut the whole way through. And delivery takes 45 minutes to an hour, then the food is cold and soggy

Great Italian food and they will add what you request to your subs or sandwiches, pizzas, etc. I think theygive you more than enough food for the money, too!

I ordered food online, paid .50c extra on my meal for ranch that never came, I paid .50c on my daughter meal for ranch no ranch. I got the kids chicken nugget meal only had 3 chicken nuggets and bunch of fries, thought maybe there should of been at least 3 more nuggets in the meal. I eat Brothers every week in the location or order to my house. 1st time this ever occurred.

Ordered two large pizza's to pick up.. when received them they were both wrong. Drove back in to town and they made new ones that were rushed the dough was under cooked around the crust. I complained about the service...The lady behind the counter said she couldn't do anything I had to talk to the owner...I left my # for the owner to call me over two weeks ago and to this day no calls from anyone
I see the owner responded to this review..but still hasn't contacted me about the bad service and the rushed under cooked pizza, I left my # and was told the owner would call

Always order from brother's, they are hands down the best place for food in newville. Pizza is amazing, subs are delicious, burgers are great! All their food is tasty they never dissappoint!

The chicken Caesar wrap is hot! Not only that it has wilted lettuce in it. I wish I could post a picture. It is disgusting. What happened to the quality of food here?

Food is pretty good but last 3 deliveries were late. Today the order was 2 pizza and 2 subs, was told 55 to 60 min. That is a long time to wait but ok possibly busy. 1 hr and 15 minutes later I called to check and was told it would be there is a couple minutes. 35 minutes later (1 hour and 50 minutes total) the food arrived. No compensation was offered until I asked, and 20% off next order for being almost an hour late on a simple order. All but 2 hours for 2 pizzas and 2 subs, I live 10 minutes away from them. Absolutely ridiculous.

First time there, and my grandaughter says they have the best pizza. She is a picky eater. Son said the Stromboli is more like a calzone, I did not have any of it but looked good. (A other picky eater.

We had the Turkey club panini and it was out of this world! I can’t wait to try more varieties. Their pizzas are always great. And my husband particularly loves the Cheese steak bomb sub. We always get delivery so I can’t speak to the atmosphere, but the folks on the phone are super nice. Love this place!!
