I never had food from this place, because I am not from Newville. It was recommended to me by family. The food was delivered hot as though it just came out of the oven. The driver was prompt and polite. The food was amazing. When I come back, I will more than likely order from there again.

Being from Long Island, NY, I know good pizza. Living in Carlisle since 2017, I had yet to find anything remotely close to a great NY pie until we stopped in at Kanes in Newville. Corey makes a really great pie! We will be traveling the 30 minutes from now on!! Good job, Corey!

I ordered a cheese steak sub. Overall the sub was good. I didn't particularly care for the cheese they used on it though. It was more of a cheese sauce. I prefer sliced cheese.

I’m not the type of person to leave a bad review, my mother called in and ordered the family food because it’s been hot this week and sometimes eating out is easier than cooking on long days of work. Not only did the one girl get an attitude when she had to remake my sub, but she half assed it literally, the meat was slimy, my bread was soggy, it was thrown together like it didn’t matter. I got spegetti for my nephew and it was dry, looked fake and had no taste. spending 40 dollars and having to throw it away is sad. It’s hard enough we don’t have good places to eat in newville, at least take the time and decency to make things right and tak your time. It’s your job and you decided to work with food.

We just stopped on May 24 2025 to grab a bite..we had gotten two subs. the bread was fresh as well as all the fixins..We are not from this area...the next time we come thru..this is definitely a stop.. Thank you...

Well this place seems to have two names, one of which is Kane's Korner Ice Cream...this place has no ice cream. Made a special trip here only to be very disappointed.
I have must say this place is amazing and nail it everytime. Went in a little late tonight (close to closing) and why I felt a little bad not only did the owner not rush me or get frustrated he also had other people eating in there too and showed no annoyance! Hats off to you guys I know at the end of my shift im ready to go .

Good for a quick bite. Personal cheese pizza was better than expected. Atmosphere isn’t the greatest. If you drive through town and need a reasonably priced bite, not a bad option.
