We arrived on a group tour and was immediately yelled at by a very gruff man behind the counter treating us all like children. He explained the process of a wine tasting then two older women began giving us our samples. Then the women began bickering over who was going to serve who . It was very chaotic And unorganized. We were not felt welcome there. Shut upout of the six wineries that day theirs was the worst experience.

Visited Arrowhead on Sunday for a tasting. Hours posted online and on site are 12-4 pm Sundays. We arrived at 3pm and they were not open. Recommend calling ahead before wasting a trip.

Great port wine! Their other wines are great as well but the port is our favorite. The customer service is excellent and the gift shop is worth checking out.

The staff are the most kind people and service here is amazing! All of their products are SO delicious. My personal fav and I recommend it to anyone is the Niagara wine. I would definitely recommend anyone passing through Pennsylvania to visit Arrowhead Wine Cellars.

Too much debris in some of the wines. I will stick to name brands. I do not know what step they are missing or do not perform correctly but clearly this is an assault on quality vintners.

Clean and nicely decorated. No crowd on a Fri afternoon. Reasonable rates for tasting flights. Wines were a mixed bag. Lots of merch. Staff was friendly and helpful. Easy parking and access.
