By far worse customer service I have seen in a little Caesars. I always loved the food but the employees working spent more time out back talking amongst each other than actually helping the customers. My group ordered a pizza and they walked out front and put the pizza in their storage. Than proceeded to argue and tell us they called our name when it was ready which they did not. Definitely not an establishment ill return to

I did an online order for a pepperoni cheese bread. I got it and it had sauce all over it, which it has never come with sauce before and no butter and parm. You pay 7$ for a bread you'd think it would be made right. The “manager” had absolutely no idea what he was talking about. I asked him if they changed how they make the bread and he rudely expressed he didn’t know exactly what came on it?? Then proceeded to tell me if I want them to make a new one I’d have to pay? You messed up my bread which I had already paid for and told me I’d have to pay for another?? Makes no sense. I’ve been coming to this location for years and I’ve never had this bad of an experience until these past few months. My orders are constantly wrong and the people here are plain rude!!! Y’all need to train your workers. The manager should know what he’s doing.

I placed an online order and went to get it with my mom. We were there on time for our portal order but ended up having to leave because we weren’t gonna stand in there for the hour that it took to get our single pizza, which was cold and did not have the butter parm on the crust that we paid for. Not only that, but they had run out of deep dish dough and didn’t give anyone an option for anything other than old crazy puffs and mediocre crazy bread. The girl upfront did not know where any orders were and looked like a deer in headlights. I worked there last year and left due to the awful management and a nasty old grown child that has made sexual comments about minors and women in the store, did whatever he wanted, stunk very bad, and never got in trouble. It’s sad to see management and corporate fail to properly train their staff and leave them to look like dummies and serve mediocre food to the public.

Whoever is the manager of this property should be fired immediately. The way she treats her staff is unacceptable in every way possible. Whoever owns this location needs to start paying more attention to who they hire. I have a strong feeling that if they don’t make a change soon this location won’t be open much longer. Ive never in my life seen staff so uncomfortable and sad in my life. Normally they are just mad that they have to work for low wages but man these people just flat out hate their manager to the core.
The employees here were plain old. Just disrespectful and ignorant while I'm making my order. The guy behind the kind of was laughing at me. But the fun fact is the location where I was at. I will never go again.
