ordered sausage egg and cheese bagel. sausage had big hard fatty lumps in it. didn't even eat the sandwich, big waste of $10. I am definitely done with that place for a long time. totally gross

Seems like first shift is the only time they get their orders correct. The couple sitting next to us to 3 or 4 items back up to have them fix...and our fries were luke-warm at best, when we asked for super hot, fresh fries we were assured they would be. For the price we have to pay nowadays..I want it THE WAY I ASKED FOR IT, PLEASE! AND FYI ...they were not that busy.

Order through doordash ended up getting a Big Mac and a drink food tasted good and got extra mac sauce like I requested

I use my app to pick up my order at the at the drive-thru. The line moves very slow my order was not completed I had to go back in the store to get a coffee. Then after I left the store I realized there was no sugar in the bag that I had requested. The girl at the drive-thru didn't even know she was supposed to give me a small coffee. I showed her my receipt to prove it. When I got to the bottom of my coffee there was at least two teaspoons of coffee grinds. In the bottom of my cup. This McDonald's has the worst service I experienced in Erie county Pennsylvania.
