Seems like first shift is the only time they get their orders correct. The couple sitting next to us to 3 or 4 items back up to have them fix...and our fries were luke-warm at best, when we asked for super hot, fresh fries we were assured they would be. For the price we have to pay nowadays..I want it THE WAY I ASKED FOR IT, PLEASE! AND FYI ...they were not that busy.
Ordered a double quarter pound because I was starving. Noticed the patties were regular size halfway through. Took it to the counter. I was told they were the quarter pound patties. Bull! I've had the sandwich before. I was polite and apologized it was half eaten. I was met with an oh well attitude and offered nothing in compensation. Just paid a ridiculous price for a double cheeseburger labeled as a double quarter pound.
This is a busy location and you cant expect perfect clean all the time, but the employees bring your food to your table and drive thru kills themselves to do a good job. Friendly. Easy on and off highway. Highly recommend.
