We (Owl Creek Vineyard) have ordered supplies for 30 years. The last fee have been a mess. Our harvest season order was completely bungled and now I am getting billed and shipped for the orders cancelled a month ago. The customer rep refused to help because she was too busy. Take your business elsewhere.
After reading on their website that they were open Sundays 11:00 to 5:00 starting Sept 3rd. and not being to reach anyone by phone on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, (phone messaging system) I decided to drive the two hour trip. No one was there, doors locked up tight and the hours sign referenced Sunday hours. The greeter at the tasting room said She knows nothing.
