Presque Isle Wine Cellars: Supply Showroom

Terrible customer service. Didn’t know the answer to my question and rather than look into it with their supplier hung up on me.

We (Owl Creek Vineyard) have ordered supplies for 30 years. The last fee have been a mess. Our harvest season order was completely bungled and now I am getting billed and shipped for the orders cancelled a month ago. The customer rep refused to help because she was too busy. Take your business elsewhere.

After reading on their website that they were open Sundays 11:00 to 5:00 starting Sept 3rd. and not being to reach anyone by phone on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, (phone messaging system) I decided to drive the two hour trip. No one was there, doors locked up tight and the hours sign referenced Sunday hours. The greeter at the tasting room said She knows nothing. I will never again patronize this business and I will make it my new life mission to badmouth them to everyone of my business customers. I will also hang a sign in my shop of my experience.

They do a great job with their Reds. Good place to buy wine making supplies

First off they do not do wine tasting samples. You have to do a 10$ flight. Unfortunately if you don’t like the wine, you spent more that just a small sample charge. They will not do that. The woman behind the counter was also not very friendly.
I wouldn’t recommend this winery if you’re looking to try different wines.

Delicious wines and kind staff! We only wish we had arrived earlier so we could spend more time here! My fav is the Freeport red. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Great place. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I purchase grape juice from them to make wine and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend the Riesling. Always there if you need information as well. Beautiful location. Follow for more...

Very very rude (overwhelmed but still very rude) during the harvest wine tour and didn’t have a list of ingredients for the soups for any allergens or dietary restrictions (which also had peanuts in it)

So disappointed, this use to be a great company to work with. I know some things may be hard to stock, but please communicate. No one bothered to return inquiries for ordering more hose and I just found out that a bladder ordered and paid for in early July is not available. Only found out by seeing my checking account debited!

Absolutely gorgeous location. The small falls are gorgeous. Loved the cute house setting for their wine tasting room. The blushing wines were my personal favs. Definitely don't miss the Voodoo Brewery collaboration wine: Bayou Blanc!

The people are so nice, friendly, and helpful - Sam and Lori are awesome. Their Eskimo ice wine and Blushing Heron (concord + Niarlgra blend) were so delicious. I ordered a few bottles.

I went to both locations and they are both closed with no update times on google, with how expensive gas is it should be updated. I was trying to buy a bottle of wine this company only sells for my sister in law since she lives out of state now and was trying to get one before I left. If I would have known they were closed more days then they said on google I would t have wasted my time and MONEY ON GAS TO COME OUT HERE…
