Black and Tan
Black and tan is our first post-roast blend and quickly became a fan favorite. The roasting style for this includes two separate beans in green raw form and roasting each to peak temperature and flavor. We then add them together while still warm to then grind and brew. Enjoy perfectly blended black beans with notes of mellow and lemongrass, with sugary sweet tan beans that exhibit notes of praline toffee and a hint of chocolate. Combined, they prove to be a perfectly layered cup of coffee.
Cinnamon Brown Sugar
Cinnamon brown sugar is a full cinnamon dolce with equal hints of sweet molasses to bring that brown sugar flavor out.
Freedom Rings
Freedom rings have a medium roasting style that pulls out a more balanced, smooth mouth-feel with notes of brown sugar and caramel as well as orange and lemon flavors. This is a single-origin Honduran bean we purchased from a farm called Finca de la Cueva in la Paz, Marcella. This farm in particular has 18,000 coffee trees and is still expanding to include more varieties in the coming years. Honduras boasts the motto of "free, sovereign, and independent." we hope this roast can provide comfort and a sense of inspiration to those that drink it.
Espresso
The backbone to all of our specialty drinks made within the coffee house begins with the perfect shot of espresso. This roasting style is produced with the end-user in mind, so that it can be enjoyed straight, as an American, or as a specialty drink of your choice. If you enjoy crafting your drinks at home, this single-origin Brazil offers a heavy mouth-feel, tart acidity, and hidden citric fruit notes. Your creations are endless with these beans.
Hazelnut
A customer favorite and staple to our flavored coffee selection. The rich notes of hazelnut are enjoyed with each cup!

Bagged coffee.
Crack of Dawn
This roasting style represents itself in the name, as it is created as the perfect breakfast roast for early morning caffeine. This light roast is always a single origin and has a clean mouth-feel, offering sweet yet citric tastes with hints of almond and lemon notes. We love to play around with this roast by trying different high-grown options depending on the time of year and which countries are available to trade.

It's not often you find a pecan flavor that actually let's the bitter notes of the pecan come through. Wonderful little shop, can't believe I've lived within 30 minutes of it for the last decade and this was my first visit.

We were driving by on I-90 and needed to find a coffee shop and Google led us here. We really like supporting independent coffee shops especially ones with in house roasting. Not sure which coffee went into my latte… I got a medium and TBH, there was not much coffee flavor. It was basically a warm cup of milk. Next time I’ll get either a small latte or else just stay away from milk drinks. The interior looked pretty interesting with different seating areas. And the history...
