Cut to the chase: great ice cream, nasty service. We were there yesterday afternoon and my husband and I were so put off that we decided a review was in order so that the owners might know. When we got there, there were only 2 other people getting ice cream (not busy). The girl at the order window (tall with heavy black eyeliner in “wings”) neither greeted us, nor thanked us, nor even could manage the slightest smile. She was one of the most unpleasant counter staff we’ve ever encountered. The other girl there who handed us our ice cream wasn’t much better. We both looked at each other like “What the heck?” Then we laughed at the tip jar. I don’t think this is the experience Straw Hat owners want for their customers.
