Went in today after not working in this area for a couple years to find that the prices are still wrong I mean not by much but when you order a bunch of food, you get to the amount due and it’s five or $10 more than you’re expecting it should be according to the prices on the menu starts to make you wonder where that money is going

4/25/25 9:45pm update: willing to give them another try, waited 15 min in drive thru with no answer! One person ahead of me, one in bay(got out of his car and walked up after no one came), and another in a bay that was never waited on! PLEASE do everyone a favor and CLOSE PERMANENTLY!!!
I guess they make their own hours at this Sonic. Closing time supposed to be 10:30, pull up everything is black and all lights off and employees standing outside smoking(including lady manager)! Wow!

Worst place to work at the teens do what ever they can to make you feel unwelcome and uncomfortable not suitable for a shy person. They mostly stand around talking all day on their phone and when you stop cleaning to pull yours out for a few seconds to check family related messages you get told to get back to work meanwhile everybody else is still standing around doing nothing.

A lesson in not tipping until the meal is served. Thank you. How dies a burger with 3 toppings come with nothing. Also, it costs almost nothing to fill in lot holes yourself. Go to home depot and get the stuff.

On my initial visit to this location, I found the food to be excessively salty. During my first drive-thru experience, I asked for BBQ sauce to accompany my meal, but it was not placed in the bag. After re-routing, I made a second request for the sauce, which was again not included in the bag. The girl at the window showed frustration and ultimately supplied one sauce. I will not be visiting again.

Sonic is always a great spot for a quick bite, and the food is consistently good! The burgers, tots, and slushes never disappoint. The only downside is that the service can be a bit slow at times, especially during busy hours. It sometimes takes longer than expected for the food to come out, but when it does, it’s always fresh and tasty. Overall, a solid place for a drive-in meal—just be prepared to wait a little

Awful! Absolutely awful customer service. I was here with my 2 young sons and ordered 2; 3 piece chicken tender combos that come with fries and drinks, and a medium onion ring. They got the order wrong and on top of that didn’t put fries for the combos in the bag. The reciept was wrong for the order. I told them and the worker maybe manger and if it was she was awful said “we have to make sure your charged right…. “Just to charge me more and make me pay extra for there mistake on some thing I didn’t order…I ended up canceling the order completely. And she charged me twice on 2 orders. Went here on 2/9/2025 and my money is not back in my account and I left with nothing. It’s really sad that the customer apparently is always wrong now days.
Placed an online order tonight for a quick dinner, or so we thought. Order placed and should have been ready for 6:30. We arrived at 6:28 and per the online instructions, pulled up to a stall and pressed the red button. After 10 minutes went by and we watched another vehicle drive away without ordering we pressed the button again. At the 20 minute mark we realized the button was no longer engaged and the screen said to press it for service. We pulled to the drive through window where we heard the workers carrying on, talking and screaming, and watched them actively avoid coming to the window. Once someone finally came, they handed us our order and said “it was never checked in.” We told them we had waited at the stall for over 20 minutes and they had no comment or apology. Not busy at the location and we spotted 4 workers. Management needs to really get it together at this location as I see other negative reviews under mine.

Service has always been great. I accidentally made a mobile order for the Bridgeville location on Washington Pike instead of Canonsburg on Washington road but they still prepared my order without issue.
Ordered a chilli cheese coney add mustard and onions…. Got not chilli or cheese paid $5.30 for this non sense. Listen I’ve gotten no onions when asked but never no chilli or cheese on a chilli cheese coney I drove over 20 minutes for one. 😭😑
