Absolutely ridiculous. Takes 3 times for them to get a simple order right when they weren’t busy. The woman on drive thru was super rude and disrespectful along with everyone there it seemed like. They had a lot of younger people there in the back without a uniform on and their district manager clearly did not care that I waited 15 minutes the first time, had to come back twice, and that the staff was a mess. Will not be returning. And after the 3rd time my order still was not 100% right but I was not going back a 4th time. Save yourself the time and peace.

I’m rooting for this sonic but I can’t deny how painfully slow this location is. Maybe it’s a staffing issue but factor this into your visit as there may be a superrrrrrrrr long wait.

Had to respecify my order 3 times. (For complexity sake it was a plain hot dog, so we weren't making a thanksgiving turkey here)
Still came out wrong, fries were cold, waited 10 minutes for what the Costco food court can sling in 30 seconds.
absolute bs. i went to get two drinks that i ordered ahead of time. my app said they were going to be ready before i arrived. when i got there, i gave them my name and pulled around to the window. not only were the drinks not done, but whoever was scheduled that night was doing everything BUT serving customers. all i hear is a crazy amount of screaming and half of the staff standing around doing nothing. additionally when i received my drinks, there were no labels, and when i asked the staff member which was which (because they were the same color) he had no idea. might as well let teenagers run this place at this point.

Went in today after not working in this area for a couple years to find that the prices are still wrong I mean not by much but when you order a bunch of food, you get to the amount due and it’s five or $10 more than you’re expecting it should be according to the prices on the menu starts to make you wonder where that money is going

4/25/25 9:45pm update: willing to give them another try, waited 15 min in drive thru with no answer! One person ahead of me, one in bay(got out of his car and walked up after no one came), and another in a bay that was never waited on! PLEASE do everyone a favor and CLOSE PERMANENTLY!!!
I guess they make their own hours at this Sonic. Closing time supposed to be 10:30, pull up everything is black and all lights off and employees standing outside smoking(including lady manager)! Wow!
