Always a great experience getting pretzels here. Been going to this location since I was little. Hot and fresh every time. They’re now a Auntie Anne’s/Carvel Ice Cream location!

Idk lady name who works there but she was really nice! I asked her for an unsalted pretzel and none were made she said she will make some for me (which i dont mind waiting because its fresh) i also asked her can she make mine light (i dont like the “golden brown” rule they have for their pretzels) she said sure. And it WASNT crowded i was the only one there. She was very nice
