Bertucci's Italian Restaurant

We try take-out here once a year, every time it is yucky. This time the order was 15 minutes past the ready time, and the pasta dish was burnt and stuck to the metal take-out container, like it was burned while being cooked in it! Our pizza was was okay.

Server seemed to be on another planet, high as a kite. Appetizer was horrible. Lettuce for salad turned brown, and a flavorless pizza was the brick wall for us. It's sad to say but, old bertuccis was a great spot. Nowadays it's worse than dominos. Don't waste your money here.

On a Friday night, there were only about 4 tables of people at 7:00. The service was slow. The pizza was pretty good but the famous warm rolls were cold and hard so we asked for some fresh ones and it took a long time because they had to make them and they didn't come out until after our pizza arrived. Not anxious to return.

Spent an evening at Bertuccis to celebrate a friends birthday and the food was delicious as usual, but must say the host with the most is Me. Max and always makes my guests feel special and is great at promoting newest specials we may have not known about!

We had a great experience at Bertucci's. They were ready for us with our reservation and our server Stan was very attentive and friendly. The lasagna was delicious but the Alfredo and Rigotoni dishes needed a little more seasoning but overall we had an enjoyable experience

Our meal was a disappointment in so many ways. Service was terrible, one of the entrees was wrong but we kept it figuring it would take forever for the right one. Another had so much diluted sauce that it looked more like water. The overcooked pasta must not have been drained. Our dishes sat for so long we stacked them on the edge of our table to get the waitress's attention. Desserts came out so far apart, we shared one and waited for the other one to come out. Once it did, we just took it home. It wasn't busy so we couldn't figure out what the problem was. But other than the 5 layer chocolate cake, it was a disappointing meal. Don't think we'll return again.

Ordered online for pick-up after work. Asked for 3:45 pick-up. I rolled in at 3:46, and was promptly greeted. Took all of 2 minutes. And was back to my car. I ordred side Caesar salad and Fettuccine Alfredo with grilled chicken. It was so delicious!! The rolls were super hot going in the bag, I couldn't help but eat one on the way home! The Fettuccine Alfredo was still hot after I got home, emptied the car, gave the dog water, checked the mail, and dressed the salad. My only complaint would be that the salad was warm, but I think it was because it was on top of the hot food container in the bag. Overall, I was very pleased and will order for pickup again soon.

Very sorry to see such a nice place experience problems,the manager was terrific,she straightened our check out and was very apologetic. The young lady that was our server either needs additional training or should find a new position,she just didn't seem interested in doing her job. I had to get up from my table to look for her and we were her only table. Pizza was great and their rolls are the best but the carpet was dirty with food droppings and service was just awful. The other waiter working was a pro and we could see how well he took care of his guests.

My husband and I went to Bertuccis tonight and had a lovely meal. We went at around 730 so the place wasn't crowded. I know that Bertuccis is low on staff so I figured we might have to wait a little bit but it was only a few minutes. Our wait staff person, Linda, was fantastic. She had a big smile on her face the whole time and was running around like crazy but took really excellent care of us the entire time. Dinner was delicious. I had the Sparky with sausage and ricotta cheese and it was delicious and my husband had a combo huge appetizer. We took home a piece of their chocolate layer cake which was also great. It was so fun having such a wonderful whites day off in Linda. We were both really impressed.

Haven't been in awhile. Hardly anyone here. I only ordered soup and meatballs but my family all ordered different meals. One person's Pizza came out first... soggy and floppy but burnt on edges. Later came the rest except the soup. Soup came out last. Meatballs were good but room temperature at best. Probably because (as we could smell very obviously) she took a couple smoke breaks all during our one meal. Stinky and unappetizing not covered by her attempt of adding perfume on top.

My parents were in town and everyone took great care of our party of 4! Service was fast and attentive. Our server had great food and drink recommendations and made nice conversation with us. We need to come more often!

Maz the host was super awesome! He was friendly and excited to help us get seated. Very refreshing to see now a days. Diane our server was also very great!!!! Amazing food and great staff

This Bertucci’s restaurant is great! Whenever we come in we are always greeted with a smile and an awesome attitude from Maz. Our waitress tonight was Laura…it was her first night and she did an amazing job. She never missed a beat! The service here is definitely 5 stars.

Great staff, food and drinks!!

Delicious food, great drinks. , however the atmosphere is less than ideal, came in for lunch with the family and felt like I was on a bar rescue tv show (if you know what I mean ?). At one point the manager slipped on a wet floor surface and fell, (he was okay to my knowledge) and his employees laughed at him. Service was slow but food what hot. Kitchen within a eat shot of foul language and problems within the establishment something customers shouldn’t hear.
