Charleys Cheesesteaks

I went in to the malls food court to get some Chinese food, but they apparently closed up about a month ago. I was pleasantly surprised by how good my cheesesteak was. I ordered the “the old school” and it came with extra meat, onions, and cheese wiz. I also ordered some French fries. They made my order fresh right in front of me. So delicious and the customer service was great as well! I’d come here again!

The guy who took my order was very rude and never said thank you or even said hello when I first walked up. I saw the other guy working there being friendly and the food was not worth the price and how do you not have American cheese

They are supposed to open at 11:00 I’m still standing here watching them stare at me and not even awknoledge me for 10 minutes. It’s cool tho I was just hungry but they’ll close down soon.

Can truly Smd. Hungry nd starvin omw to work, just ask if there’s anything free they have so I can eat. They say no. Retarded prices & no consideration. It’s a reason I usually ignore this storefront. Ignant asses don’t ever have to worry bout me askin for anything again

I'm really disappointed in how small the portions here are. We ordered a large sandwich and it was basically two hot dog buns with toppings. Compared to other local chains with similar prices, the portions are too small, in my opinion.

Ruined my day and appetite. When in Philly get a cheese steak. Well I have been in Philly for 2 months now and we as afraid of getting a cheese stake due to disappointment. I asked local who raved about the cheese steak so I got one. I paid. $20 for a cheese stake and loaded fries. It was terrible. The cheese steak was completely flavor less. No salt, no spice, no seasoning. I am so annoyed it is the first time I considered throwing away my food. Should have gotten the Indian food next door.

I wish I had gotten his name but the man working at 12pm on February 13th, 2023 was so rude and had the worst customer service of all time. I asked if the bag he put on the counter was my cheesesteak and he just stared at me. I asked again and he yelled “TAKE IT!!!” at me like I’m not a customer funding his job. Ridiculous. Food was fine but that guy shouldn’t be working in customer service if he’s gonna have an attitude to his 4th customer of the day.

I got the old school cheesesteak with loaded fries! It was nasty!!!!!!!! The cheese was disgusting and the bacon needed to cook more! Btw the prices are ridiculous! $25 for a cheese steak and fries… Bffr!

Place socks, got there 20 minutes before closing and they said they were closed, still had the light on though

love charleys but not this location. my second time at this one and the food is fine but both times i was here the cashier gave me unnecessary attitude. I wont be returning to this location, the food is not good enough to be spoken to the way he has spoken to me
