Tables are never clean. Often people are waiting forever while only 1 employee is serving and ringing, and multiple others are in the back doing other things (but not cleaning the tables). The employees also seem to have no awareness that it's rude to sit around chit chatting and not helping while 9 people wait to get served by 1 overworked guy.
The customer service was impeccable; they offered a sample of a new item, put in extra effort to make me quesurrito, and suggested where I should open it from to avoid it spilling. Nice!
After a few random bad experiences early on, I have had almost all positive experiences over the last 4 years. They are never out of any products like most other Chipotles I have been to. Everything is always fresh as well if you go during lunch or dinner rushes. They also pretty consistently give you good portions.
