The staff was really friendly and even customized the drink just the way I wanted. I stayed here for two hours using my laptop, and they noticed the sunlight was reflecting off my screen—so they lowered the curtains for me.
Place has best bagels in the area by a mile. Only drawback is it's impossible to place a call ahead order. Either no one answers or you get strange prompts saying their line is busy even the phone doesn't even ring once. Really weird. So be prepared to wait on weekends.
Overall taste of the food was good and staff was friendly. They did mess up our order though: didn’t toast our bagel, forgot our hash brown and ketchup. Just be sure to check you have what you ordered before leaving
