The food was very good, literally meat and a potato. My friend and I were pressed for time to see a movie next door, so we kept our orders simple. Very crowded and loud while we were there.

You know what you’re getting here - chain-style American grill menu and flavors, but it delivers as well as it can. Maybe not the best meal you’ll ever have in your life, but it does what it should which will make you consider it again and again.

Great service, great food, and amazing drinks!I love coming here and always have an outstanding experience! Sometimes, I just sit at the bar and have a drink and an appetizer or dessert, other times a full meal. Regardless of my visit, the place is great. I wish I could remember the one bartender's name cause I would give him a shout-out for making good drinks and sharing a few laughs.

Was recommended Firebirds by a friend so me and wife gave it a shot. The ambiance and the food were excellent. That being said the service was awful. 55 minutes to get an entree that was no longer warm is not right. No apology. Nothing. Very disappointed.

They send you messages for curbside pickup, you follow the prompts, nothing happens. I dont mind going in, but, if you're offering to bring it out, then follow thru. After picking up our order, and getting home, the order is wrong. Incorrect sides and toppings. Second time this has happened, never again.

My nephew and niece took his mother and myself to dinner for our birthdays. It was a lovely, lovely dinner, beautiful atmosphere and a fabulous waitress a young lady. We sat on the terrace inside the glass room just a delightful evening

My friends and I come to this location every couple months, and every time it's amazing. I love the grill chicken sandwich; they have nice people here who love to help; and everything is always yummy.
I had a reservation for 7pm we arrived at 705 and still had to wait. We were seated after about 20 to 25 minutes. The waitress was a little overwhelmed apparently because she took a long time to get us started with drinks. Even the host was a little concerned about the time frame. We were finally able to order and the food was good. My soup came out cold so by time a fresh one came out my entree had arrived. I just ate the soup and boxed my entree. Not the best experience but not the worst either.

Quality of food is improving, but still not where it was over 3 years ago. Not sure what happened at this location, but the kitchen has been horrific over the last year. Orders are wrong often due to requests not being honored, e.g. "no mayonnaise" and sandwich comes out with mayonnaise. Please toast my bread and the bread is not toasted and the staff is always willing to take it back. Why would I want the kitchen to fix something that they did not get correct the first time. REALLY!!!

We had a wonderful experience the last few times we visited, however this visited wasn't the case. Our server was extremely quick(too fast) with our order. We felt rushed. She only check on us twice the whole time we were there. The staff were very friendly except for our server this time around. We're not expressed with the service, hopefully next time we will better.
Food was not great and not what I remembered going in years past. Ordered cheesesteak spring rolls as an app. Very chewy, added some odd sauces and cilantro to it so I didn't have much as I wanted a traditional version. Then my entree salad with grilled chicken, I encountered several pieces of fat while eating the chicken so that too I barely touched!!

Food was overall very good except for a few issues. It was our third time here and once our steak was undercooked, which they corrected. In our recent visit, my son's steak was overcooked, but he was too hungry to send it back! Ribs were very good but mashed potatoes were on the cold side. Their bread is delicious but one loaf was underbaked and doughy. The porch area is lovely and quieter than the main area but the entire restaurant was very cold, making the experience less than ideal. Our server was super just like we experienced at our other visits. The desserts, bread pudding with berries and ice cream, and cream brûlée cheesecake, were to die for and looked beautiful as they were presented with “happy birthday” written on the plate! We ordered two desserts for four people and still had some to bring home.

We had a great experience. The only downside was the food. It was not hot, and the steak came out well done when it was supposed to be med well. 2 plates had to be redone. But everything else was wonderful!

The food was very good, the prices weren't crazy for the quality and quantity served, and the service was also well done on a busy night. The menu selections had something for almost everyone, and the restaurant was a nice setting. I'll definitely go back.

Having out-of-town guests, we selected Firebirds for its food being flavorful and consistent. Our friendly and attentive server, Becky, made our experience memorable. I highly recommend Firebirds for its overall excellent experience.
