Ive been coming here for over 10 years and today is my last day. Never been charged for extra sauce and vegetables (not extra)for past years but now they do. Its not about the price, i can pay but why would you offer in first place when youre going to charge extra in the future? Also, they use to give kimchi vegetables when you order something but now they dont and telling me they never gave it to anybody when you order for to go. Which is bs because i got it every time i order. So messed up

The Udon here is really worthwhile trying, however, the price they’re showing on the screen is never the final price.
I would say it actually depends on who is taking your order when you pay for your meal!
On the screen there’s a line showing: ‘All price are tax included’. Some of the guys would directly charge you the correct price, for my case, the Sea food Udon is $15, but some of them would use a stupid calculator to manually added 5% to your price! which is $ $15.75! Then why you’re mentioning the ‘All price are tax included’?
The most ridiculous thing is: The old lady charged me $18 for today’s Sea Food Udon! !! Telling me that this is because I’m using credit card! Funny! I’ve been here more than 20 times this has never happened before! I think next time they’re going to charge me $20!! This is fraud I’ll never dine here from now on!???

This is most disgusting food I had in USA for last 10 years. Fish was not fresh and smells awful. They missed soup and putted rice instead, and it was dead fly inside food. Also they promised you 12 pieces sushi , they do 10 Never ever try them I hoped enjoy my food and instead I spent my time in toilet ?

We have been to Assi plaza a few times but never tried Izumi until just recently. It was quite good. We'll definitely be going back to try a few other options.
I've been coming here for many years and they have some of the best Udon, Soba, and Katsu you can buy. Staff is always friendly. Wait times can be a bit long but I don't mind waiting patiently for good food.
Located inside the Assi Plaza. The food is always excellent.

Zero customer service. Absolutely horrified as how she treated her customer. We ordered food from here and another food stand. With three kids I asked for extra plates so they can share. They complained due to us getting food from another stall why they should be the one to give the plates. The food they were going to share was from Izumi stand. Then under her breath she cussed me out as I was walking away.
