I ordered 4 dozens from a fundraiser and the crème filled didn’t have any cream in it. All 6 of them were empty and that is very upsetting since they are expensive and my favorite.

Dumpster was disgusting overloaded with old donuts and other trash. Inside service was bad, counter girl was doing both drive thru and counter. Donuts are smaller in size and very little filling. This owner must be working off their name. Plus a place called Krispy Kreme should sell cream donuts. They don't listen to they're complaints so corporate should step in.

I’ve given this location 5 tries and not one time have they actually had donuts in stock. If you like the plain glazed that you can buy in any grocery store but don’t ever try to get anything else at their location. Sad and disappointing.

The level of service at this establishment has significantly declined. The staff appears more focused on implementing stringent measures to prevent the distribution of complimentary samples rather than fostering a welcoming and enjoyable environment for children, which was previously a hallmark of this location. Consequently, I cannot recommend this establishment to families with young children. While I acknowledge that some individuals may still find value in visiting this location, I personally will not be returning.

This is the second time we came to this location last time no one wanted to work manager sitting in cafe seeing no one on the floor when customers where here and did nothing. This time we come in and the lady didn’t even ask us want we were waiting for just told me fiancé to get in line with so much attitude. Put the order so far back no normal human would be able to reach it. I rather drive farther than come back here again this has been the two worst experiences I’ve had

Absolutely frustrated!! I have come to this location several times and every time there’s an issue with donuts being available. How is it that you close at 11pm but I’m standing here at 7pm with most of the shelves empty… not even 1 dozen glaze available and told that no more are being made for the night. Customer service suffers because the poor staff are frustrated because the customers are frustrated!! Management needs to do better!! I can’t wait until Federal Donuts open up in Willow Grove because Krispy Kreme sucks at this point!
I get it... Working today can be a drag, especially when interrupted on your phone when you're hamming it up with co-workers... And probably meant to be working the front of the store...i give you 1 star. I want to thank the kind, person who was aware enough as she was managing the whole front of the store by herself, plus drive through. THANK YOU! Thank you for asking your co-worker to help, thank you for helping me, while also handling the drive through... While another KK worker/customer was waiting for the same. And finally, THANKS to this worker/customer who paid for my order... Unwarranted, but also very aware of her surroundings. I say promote them both after watching your in house security video... They both get 5 stars!

Not as good, and much smaller than the Alexandria Virginia store..tasted as if the oil was a different kind, or not the right temperature, the mouth feel was greasy/waxy

I checked the app before arriving to see if the ghostbuster donuts were in stock only to drive an hour and find they were none left along with many other types. I opened the app while in the store to see if it updated and it still said they were in stock. Along with that we were the only people in the store and the work seemed annoyed with us for asking about the ghostbuster donuts and even to just that she had to make our order. It was six and they didn't close till 11 and were making a bunch of regular donuts. I'm extremely disappointed.

I ordered multiple ghostbusters donuts online, where it stated they were in stock, only to show up at the store at 6 pm and there were none, they replaced my donuts but didn’t give me my money back for the extra I paid for the ghostbusters donut. I won’t be coming back EVER. The service was terrible, and the lady didn’t even seem like she wanted to help. The order was not even made ahead even though I ordered it prior. Very disappointing. I won’t even get my money back for donuts I ordered.

This location is by far the worst I have ever been to. Every time I use the drive thru it takes 5-10 mins to even place my order. Most of the time I’m the only customer waiting there. Every time I try to order the dozen mini doughnuts they are always out. The selection is normally very limited even if you show up at the crack of dawn.
