My girlfriend and I drink milk teas a lot and love Fung Fu because of the WOW series. We bought 2 large wow drink, and was asked do we want to reduce the sugar. We said "yes, but only slightly". When we start to drink them on the road, we notice there was no caramel suger was added. They tasts like home made milk tea (just adding milk to a tea bag) and there was no any taste at all. We had travel plans so we were not able to drive back to exchange, but that experience was so bad.

Located in a predominantly Korean American shopping center with a Korean grocery store, bank, pharmacy, and a few restaurants.
Kung fu tea is a great stop to rest or to even meet and catch up with friends.
The inside is very spacious, and especially in this weather, nice and cool.
The drinks are what you expect from Kung Fu Tea. Solid drinks but a little sweet.
The employees are friendly enough.
There are plenty of tables and seats to sit and also a plethora of board games to choose from.

Everything I ordered here tastes not good. Have tried fruit tea and bubble tea. Fruit tea tastes like syrup and cheap artificial flavor. Coffee milk tea is so plain and diluted, no flavor of coffee or tea at all. Very disappointing
Very nice sitting area, went there and studied for hours. They have free wifi. Its not too crowdy on the weekdays but has people coming in and out. The drinks are really good too, I like that they have lactaid options for lactose intolerant people. You can study in this semi-quiet place if you think the library is too quiet.

I love Kung Fu Tea. The service here is always great, and the drinks are super tasty. There is a large selection to choose from on their menu, so there is definitely something for everyone, and their rewards program sends out discounts all the time for free toppings or BOGO deals. There is a self-checkout option that takes card, or an order station for cash and card. I like placing mobile orders ahead, and they're always ready right away. There is so much seating inside, and so much to try. They even serve food which I need to try next time I visit. They make it super easy to customize the sweetness levels, but they make most of their milk teas with real fruit or fruit pure, from what I've seen, so the extra sweetener often isn't even necessary. I love the strawberry milk tea and the pineapple green tea!

The store is way bigger than I expected. I always walked past it when I went to Assi, but today is the first time I actually walked in to make a purchase.Staff are very friendly and efficient. I would have five stars if everything with milk powder could been made with real milk. The milk powder bubble tea places use isn’t the “milk powder” similar to baby formula; instead “milk powder” in those tea places is actually similar to coffee creamer, which isn’t very healthy.Price-wise, it’s quite expensive—more expensive than Starbucks. But that’s how it is nowadays.
