Best fried chicken in North Wales. I drive almost 40 minutes to eat here! The craggly crispy skin on the chicken is perfectly balanced by juicy meat. Great service as well.

Decided to eat here last-minute as we were in the area for dinner, and holy moly—such a great decision. Madang is a lovely, mom-and-pop joint operated by the sweetest of people. It wasn’t busy on a Wednesday night an hour before closing, with just our party and another table of three. We ordered the bulgogi dupbap and sweet & sour fried whole chicken with scallions. The portions were as generous as they were flavorful! You have to get the fried chicken here. It’s crispy, savory, sweet, crunchy, juicy… all the good things you’d expect.

The food here is amazing! We ordered the fried chicken as appetizer and they are so crispy. For entrees, we ordered the spicy seafood noodle soup and spicy pork over rice and they taste good too. There are actual seafood like mussels and crabs and not mediocre “seafood” like flounder filet and fishballs. The waitress is very friendly too, highly recommended

Such a fantastic little spot. The service is great and the food is even better. The ambiance is all that I could ask for. One of my favorite restaurants now:) 10/10

Sat for two hours and they ignored us and served other tables. Still had the audacity to try to charge us for food we ordered and never got. Worst dining experience of my life.

The menu does not reflect their portion sizes and gives less wings than advertised (making the takeout meal too small and getting folks hungry). They did not give a polite response when asked why the portion sizes were smaller. 2 stars because the soy garlic wings are actually pretty tasty

I really hate to give this review because I want to see mom and pop shops thrive--especially those selling food close to their heart that they want to share with the world. But, I do feel like I have to be honest as well for those considering coming here. Some things you should know before coming here: - they have a small menu (be sure to check their menu before coming!) - they're a bit on the pricier side - they have Korean fried chicken! (Might be what they're known for) - they take card We arrived closer to their closing time without realizing, so the first thing the lady told us was that there was no more chicken. We pieced it together and realized she was talking about the fried chicken on the menu (which could have been excellent for all we know, but we didn't try it). We were fine with that. We sat down and ordered a jjajangmyeon (black bean sauce noodle) and a spicy pork and rice dish. She was really nice and made sure we wanted pork for that dish because she could substitute it for beef. We kept the pork, and while we were waiting, she came by and gave us bottled water to drink. The food came quite quickly and I was ready to dig in. However, I was a bit let down when I took my first bite of the noodles. The noodles were over cooked and stuck together, and it was like I was waiting for that sharp, bursting flavor to shock my taste buds, but nothing happened. It was bland. Now, I don't get these noodles often, but I'm pretty sure they're supposed to have that kick to it. It's not supposed to be spicy but it has a jolting flavor you can't forget. I didn't get that from these noodles, and I was sad because I was really looking forward to the food. I really would like to give this place a second chance. We'll be trying the Korean fried chicken if we come again.

bumping my stars up after my recent visit. The waitress was super kind and efficient, she came by and checked on us after each and every dish. She also gave us free bottled water, instead of tap, which is a huge plus! Highly recommend their ddukbokki and bibim neng myun!

This chicken is the best chicken I had in the area. Workers are really nice and very respectful. I ordered the fried chicken with the sauce on the side. Delicious. Definitely better than BBQ chicken located in assi. Also their pancakes and spicy rice cakes are delicious. This place is one of my favorite places to eat!

The first time I went to this restaurant, I ordered Black Bean noodles which had the best sauce of any black bean noodles I have tried. I have also tried their Korean fried chicken, and it was one of the best fried chicken I had, so much so that I picked up take out fried check from there a few weeks afterwards.

My boyfriend and I came here excited to try the black bean noodles (jajangmyeon). I was hyping him up about all of the delicious Korean dishes that he must try. The seafood pancake we ordered was delicious. The spicy seafood noodles (jjamppong) were also good. However, the black bean noodles were bland and were missing something. It was one of the worst ones I've had. The noodles themselves were overcooked, and so were the ones in the seafood noodles. We didn't eat much of it and had packed it all for home. When asked for a container, we were given a half-sized one that barely fit the food and was leaking once I closed the lid... Overall, I'm disappointed and won't be coming back. Hmart on Old York Rd will forever be my go to spot for jajangmyeon.

Stopped by this lovely mom and pop place for lunch today, so delicious. Seafood pancake was nice and thin packed with squid, scallions, and shrimp. The sever was so kind and friendly, she gave us some gloves so we don't get our hands dirty. Soy fried chicken was crunchy, crispy, but juicy! The best I ever had! It is worth the wait! Definitely will stop by again!Side note: restroom is very clean!

First place I ever had tteokbokki at and it is amazing!! It's my favorite dish from this restaurant. I was ordering it so much that the 아주머님 at the register recognized me and I didn't even have to order - she just knew!! I have heard amazing things about their chicken, but I haven't tried it yet myself. I usually get spicy tteokbokki and my daughter gets the bulgogi tteokbokki - both are amazing! Definitely check this restaurant out if you want some authentic Korean food! 감사합니다!
