THE OLDER OWNER IS THE RUDEST MAN AND YELLS AT CUSTOMERS AND EMPLOYEES. we didn’t even finish our order before he ripped up or order apparently and crumbled it up and threw it behind him!!!! There was NO ONE else in the store and my wife has never been here to order and we weren’t sure what we wanted as soon as we walked in. AFTER he yelled at us to walk fast through the door.
Such good bagels and sandwiches. Good cream cheeses too! Can’t go wrong.
I love Manhattan Bagel but sometimes the customer service people behind the counter are less than thrilled to be there. Last time I ordered a sandwich I asked for lettuce, tomato, onions, and mayo. Instead I got meat and cheese on a dry bagel. Not good.
