I was at this store three times within two days because of a big mac. You might say "Omg its just a sandwich" You guys tell me if you would pay for theses in the picture. I was very upset the way that they treated me. I was at the drive through and I told them about the bigmac and they said they can't do anything about it at first. I didn't want to hold up the line so I parked my car aside to go into the store. I asked for the manager and showed him how it was. He was like " oh yea it looks like a trainee might have made it. " uh...so what? Am I supposer to say thats okay??? I paid for this and I get this? So he said he will let them make it again. Then I overheard them talking about " omg its not the end of the world without the cheese in the bigmac~" I was soo mad. Since they offered me anyway for a new one I took the offer but then again I went home to see and sigh... they freakin didnt put the patty in the bigmac now ? WOW.. JUST WOW.. So I called and said "I just got home, my bigmac and its upside down. Are you guys playing games with me here??" They were lik "oh are you thr bigmac?" Uhh hello?? "Are you the big mac????" and put the phone on the side and said " she said are you guys playing games." Like they were mocking me. They made me think is it because of my race? Then the manager tol me that he was there watching him make it but obviously not! I was like then how do you not know that the patty is missing?? Then he put the phone aside again and just hung up on me. So I was fkin mad how they ignored me "the customer." So I went back there to show them. Yea its just the bigmac, but its a food service! You are suppose to make it right when its not right and not just ignore and mock your customer for not being happy! Its not like I am asking for something so hard to make! I always try to treat myself after a hardwork but they ruined it. The manager ended up making it hinself but I didn't even get "Im sorry" from them nor got the answer why they hung up my phone! Soooooo rude. ?

Very friendly and helpful staff. Came after dinner hours, and despite a long car line the food was made quickly, to expectations, and the person at each window was exceptionally kind. Happy to have a place like this in my home town, especially given lots of restaurants and pizza shops close their kitchens fairly early in the evening :)

Place is very accessible to use the bathroom while traveling without buying anything. Bathrooms were really clean and I didn't get yelled at for using the bathroom without buying anything and then leaving

Awful service. We ordered apple pie, payed for it and only when the order arrived the attendant told us that there isn’t anymore an offered cookies instead. The attendant also forgot completely the three coffees that we’ve ordered. Never more I will go to this place. Besides they have a garbage food they have a awful and “ blasé” service.

Parking: Depending on time of visit, depends on parking lot. It (the lot) wraps around the building and there are people that do not always follow the correct way or do not know how to park straight into a spot.There are also some blind-spots and not everyone stops before pulling out of the lot.Kid-friendliness: It is McDonald's..what's not kid friendly?Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps avails as well as parking.
