I truly wish I could leave a higher rating. There was an issue with delivery of our order (not the fault of Mr. P’s) and I didn’t get my food. Kaitlyn - one in 100 I spelled that correctly - was amazing. She helped correct the situation and even rushed the order so my family and I didn’t have to wait. This is now my go to for delivery. Thank you Caitlin - I tried another spelling just in case. You’re the best.

I ordered from via DoorDash. I ordered huge chicken finger PLATTER and the first time, received one flattened piece of bartered chicken. This time, I received battered chicken slices that may equal 2 pieces of chicken. The platter description clearly states 8 PIECES of battered chicken tenders. The tenders are amazing, but why am I not able to get the correct order when I order from DoorDash??? I tried to call to tell them and was on hold for more than 5 minutes. I would Like to be able to trust that I’m going to receive what I order because their food is delicious. I can’t order from them unless I’m in person, though, because I don’t receive what I order. PLEASE look into this and do something to fix it!!! I wasted money on both orders and won’t be ordering from Mr Ps unless I’m in person from now on, which means barely ever.

I am rarely compelled to leave a negative review for anything, but the interaction I had with this business this evening is one of those rarities. The men who called and spoke to me this evening about my Slice order (my second delivery order from this particular location, so I had no reason to believe there would be an issue) were rude, incoherent, and unprofessional to the extreme. Instead of being treated as a paying customer, I was spoken to as if I was a customer service representative for the delivery app I ordered through. With the cost of living so high and for such mediocre pizza and horrendous customer service, I’d rather spend my money anywhere else. Never. Again.

The fact that you can’t substitute fries for anything else in the menu as a side even with extra payment is a joke. Would have given them 5 stars if it wasn’t for that. Food is good other than the fries, which are among the worst tasting ones anywhere.
