We visited Playa Bowl in Montgomeryville today and the staff were very rude. My daughter who frequents the store asked about the portions in her bowl which appeared to be less than usual. The girl responded by saying “I can see it in there” and dismissed our concerns. She was very rude in her response to us, the customers. I would not recommend this location!

I went today March 13th at 1:30ish and got a bowl, was a little busy in the beginning but after a little was just me waiting, I waited about 20 minutes and never got called, they were talking with each other and taking all their time so I went to ask and the lady came and said it was ready but they never told me, the bowl was all melted and when I said why they never call me if they were not busy they looked each other and started laughing in my face, then I asked them for another spoon and she gave it to me and said you’re welcome loud and with sarcasm, I don’t know who need to know this but is the first time I get treated like that that’s why I’m leaving the photos of this ladies because the least I expect is they get fired for treating customers like that and for being so lazy. I only could take picture of one of them but they were two.

Their peanut butter is sooooo delicious! And their strawberries extremely fresh. Dreaming of açaí bowls…
I was greeted with a smile and my bowl was ready in minutes. I also had reward points and my order was $3 off !!!

The bowl had hardly any toppings and a tiny squirt of Nutella. If I was a first time buyer I would not come back.
