Made a mobile order and when pulling through the drive thru (not a single other person was there) she said “we’re still working on that since it was JUST placed.” I understand that but what’s the difference between mobile ordering and pulling in a couple minutes later vs ordering at the window. The passive aggression was not needed

4/5 stars for two things: one of the bathrooms was in not so great condition (which isn’t entirely the staffs fault; people are gross), and the Verona coffee (black) I got was much lighter/watered down than what I normally get with this order. I was passing through the area so I didn’t ask them to remake it but had I tasted it in-house, I’d have definitely requested a new cup.
Staff was friendly, tending to their duties behind the bar, and the seating space was mildly packed with people within a comfortable level of noise. Place was clean other than the one bathroom I used.

This location has changed so much. The staff is amazing! In the past if you complained or not, the staff was rude. The drinks are usually consistent but once in awhile it needs to be remade. But the staff takes their time to remake it and is kind to you!

My elderly mother and I love popping in to the Starbucks for something fun to drink and maybe even a delicious small meal. The service has always been absolutely adorable and kind. When in season, we recommend a pumpkin spiced oatmeal latte with pecan syrup. The pumpkin bread was also very yummy! And my puppy just loves the tiny puppachinos! 🙌🥰

One of the best locations out there. I purposely drive past 3 Starbucks just to come here. May take an extra second to be served because of the drive through, but worth the extra moment because the staff is friendly and always seems cheerful. Drinks aren’t consistent, but no Starbucks is
Your average over priced coffee saturated with sugar and whipped topping with a less than positive employee who'd rather you go anywhere else so as not to be bothered. Also for microwaved sandwiches it would be nice to have it fully cooked and not half frozen. Although I do recommend if you order ahead to not go through the drive thru early to pick up your order the poor car in front of me got an aggressive attitudinal employee who was more than thrilled to yell it over the speaker about how she was 7 mins early to pick up her order and that she was holding up the line and to be more responsible and arrive like the app said on time. I don't recommend Starbucks unless you really just need caffeine and nothing else is around or open.

This morning, I decided to grab a coffee drink after having a particularly challenging morning in which I could not do anything right and was feeling pretty low. Received quick and friendly service at this drive-thru and the drink was just what I ordered. One actual win for the morning. I got home and noticed a message written on the cup. I don't know who took the time to write it, but I sincerely thank you. I hope you know, even if you didn't realize it at the time you were writing it, that it was exactly what I needed to be reminded of today. Your gesture made a real difference.

One person sitting in the cafe. Three people working. One helping someone in the drive through. I walked in, went straight to the counter. No good afternoon or greeting. I stand there. They were all avoiding eye contact. Took a minute before anyone said “I’ll be right with you”. Almost walked out. Then someone finally greeted me. They weren’t even busy.
