Place is very tiny, atmosphere is dull and the employees are rude. There's barley any room to sit in there and the entire place just makes you depressed.

I would like to thank Nate for the 100 EXCELLENT support he provided during my recent visit. Nate's passion for the profession, subject matter expertise and overall SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE was on full display. He was very knowledgeable and more importantly, his drink mixology (Shaken Espresso Oatmeal with Vanilla Foam) is the BEST…my drinks were AMAZING each time. Thank You Nate, you rock!

Consistently the slowest and least busy Starbucks I have ever been to. I should get off Starbucks, considering the attitude that I get for not leaving a drive thru tip on a $7 coffee, waiting in line for 15 minutes for a simple latte and them not making the correct drink more than half the time - but hey, this time will be different!This location is the most recent to unionize. I hope MGMT close it, these employees suck and are entitled.

It is beyond rare for me to leave anything below two stars, but this may be one of the only places that is worth of one star review from me. I’m not even going to consider the taste of the food, the taste of the drinks, or even the atmosphere every single time I go to the Starbucks I am waiting in line for 15+ minutes, no exaggeration whether it is busy or not, I feel as if I am waiting a significant amount of time every single time I come here, and nothing changes. I do not know much about Starbucks, and I usually only go here. if I am getting some thing for someone else, but I know it cannot possibly be this hard to take a order, and mix a drink. I mean no disrespect from posting this review, but I just wanted to give people my honest view on this place and how terrible I really think it is

Waiting 5 minutes until someone reluctantly waits on us after her eyes met mine. 4 people working and no one acknowledges. We were the only one in the store in line to order besides the drive thru line.Ordered a simple grande Pike coffee. The person who ordered a latte gets her order before us. We ask the barista and he says you want a Pike, okay. Hmm..I'm surprised to see the consistency of poor service despite all the bad reviews. I can't imagine anyone coming back being treated so poorly.

Today is buy one get one free 9/28/23 if you'll buy a fall drink this is special a dealBut the boy say to me you have to buy one drink pay regular priceThen the second one is you pay half priceHow about by one drink I pay half-price. He say no he still say you pay first one is full price then the second drink is you pay half priceSo I went back my car find the email your company sent to me say "You buy the first drink you pay full price then you got second one drink is free" I went back to the store I asked a lady show her the emailAnd then she say correct I got my two drinks first one I pay the full amount that I got second one is free

Starbucks North Wales - Mobile/app ordering wait times are usually high and the app always shows products as being out. But when you go in person, they're not busy and you can order everything including the so-called "out of stock" items. Is this being done on purpose to deter customers from using the app and ordering ahead? Terrible customer experience.

This starbucks needs to refresh its staff. They are very impatient & make you wait if its close to 7pm & will not answer the intercom until 7:01 just so they do not have to serve you. Have talk to few other locals in regards to this & had the same experience at this location. Shut this location down or overturn the disrespectful & lazy. Undercover boss when?
