Mihir has the BEST customer service ive ever seen at a store. The fact that he can remember me n my boyfriends order everytime we go in there really makes it feel homey. Always so nice, so friendly and very clean. Ive never even see a fly in that shop!

..The worst subway we have ever been to lacks basic communication, poorly prepared sandwiches, and untrained workers who are only doing it for show because they are giving it away for free. These workers are two elderly folks who aren't even motivated to do their jobs.

This Subway doesn’t accept Subway coupons. I thought I was buying a $6.99 turkey sub only to find out it was $12 w/o coupon. What a joke. Go to the Lansdale Broad St store as they accept all coupons and are actually friendly.
