After accumulating millions of Marriott points over the last 20 years, it is particularly insulting to be presented with a $6 Danish from a union busting Starbucks inside the hotel. Nice knowing you Marriott!

First encountered Alex at the front desk upon check-in and I was early...he was great. Then, it all goes downhill. The elevators are small and take forever...the room smells like cheap air freshener...the towels in the bathroom are old, stained with make-up, and are fraying around the edges...the shower is falling apart - the metal shelf is about to fall off, the faucet in the shower is all wonky and turns off halfway around and then turns on again...the HVAC system is all messed up and makes a lot of noise and the cover is actually falling off...and how old is this TV??...the tiny fridge in the room is easily 20 years old...and there is not ONE USB port in the room! It's 2023 but this hotel seems to be stuck in 2013. Really embarrassing for the Marriott brand.

I stayed here while travelling to attend a meeting. I arrived very late and sadly the nearby restaurant closed and delivery was left to the usual fast food suspects. That there was not on-site restaurant to access in the evening was by far the only inconvenience I experienced. The facility was clean and quiet, staff were friendly and helpful and check-in and out were painless. I'd definitely stay here again in the future, but I'd arrive earlier!

I really wanted to give this hotel 5 stars, but some things made that not possible. Tony, at the front desk, was great. He was professional, accommodating, even answered the phone immediately, when we called down with a question. Hotel is clean and well kept so no issues there. It’s not the JW so travelers, go there with a realistic view. The reason why I couldn’t give the place 5 stars comes down to three things 1) what hotel outside a major city charges for parking? This hotel has a $10 per day charge. We are in the middle of the suburbs way outside Philadelphia so why is there a parking fee? 2) there are no usb charger ports. Looked around the desk etc and couldn’t find any. It’s 2022, and should be standard. 3) the room door slams shut and can be heard down the hall. We had some late arriving neighbors and early departing neighbors and when the door closes, it woke everyone up. Simple fix with tension on door, but it’s the little things that make all the difference to be 5 stars, at least in my book. Would definitely return, overall it was a very good stay, my 5 stars are reserved for amazing hotels, which I have reviewed in the past. This is still above par and with a bit of fine tuning can certainly end up with 5 stars.

There was an initial glitch with my room, and the customer service from the front desk staff and managers was some of the best I've ever experienced at a hotel. The room was clean and the bed reasonably comfortable; the shower had great water pressure. Would definitely stay here again!

I have stayed in a number of Marriotts over the 20 plus years and their hotel quality of service is so bad. I have had several family and friends say same thing and refuse to stay at Marriott. At first you think because COVID This hotel had no room services we had to notify 24 hours ahead to get service called to front desk was put in hold for more than 5 min I tried calling back and the lines has busy for over an hour. I called from my cell phone was put on hold no one ever came back to phone for over one hour this was 9-5-21. Very disappointing

We were in town for a softball tournament. Checked in on Friday and upon entering the room we noticed the top covering on one bed was dirty and the floor had crumbs and food remnants on it. Called the front desk and was told by manager Alex he would get it taken care of and he apologized. We left the hotel for hours then and when we return around midnight my daughter went to shower and there were dirty washcloth in the shower and hanging in the curtain rod. My husband went to turn down the bed ( not the original dirty one) and it had smeared brown stuff on the sheets and comforter. I called the front desk and spoke to Mike the night manager and he apologized and said he will switch out room but we need to give him sometime because he is also dealing with another customer with a dirty room. He came up to our room to walk us down to the new room and he took pictures of all the issues. Dirty bed, dirty washcloths and food behind the beds. We went down to the new room and that room had a dirty bed as well. He then took us to another room but then told us the shower didn’t work in that room so we would have to go back to the original room in the morning to shower. I said that’s not acceptable and he agreed. He said let’s change the bedding in the second room and then we can stay there. It took him over 30 minutes to find some bedding for the new room but no comforter. He again apologized and told us to speak to a manager in the morning and that he was going to send an email with the pictures regarding these rooms. Finally at 3am he left our room again apologizing on how bad things were. In the morning we went to the front desk and asked to speak with a manager. Akeem came to us and we explained that we were going to check out and what had happened the night before. He couldn’t apologize enough. Said that is not how they run their hotel but unfortunately due to covid they are short staffed. He said please don’t check out…let me make things right in your room. He asked how long we were staying and we told him we were in town two nights. He said I will comp the room and also give you points in your Marriott rewards card. He said stay and I will make things right because I want to show you how things should be and I want your return business. We agreed and he did fix the things in our current room right away. We checked out the next morning and on Tuesday noticed a charge on our card. I called the hotel and spoke with Alex. I explained everything to him and he had remembered since he checked us in and took the first dirty room call. He said he would look into it and call me back. I hadn’t heard from him by Wednesday afternoon so I called back. Alex answered and said oh yeah we are not comping the room. Akeem didn’t have authority to tell us that. I said that’s not my problem, I asked for a manager and that’s who came to speak with us. He then said can you send me your pictures which I did and I also asked him if he got the pictures from Mike the night manager and he said no he hasn’t had a chance to speak with him. He then said send the pictures and he will get Mikes and call me either later or tomorrow. Thursday late afternoon came and I called him. I asked had he received my email and he said yes and the pictures I sent showed the stains on the bed. I asked if he got the pictures from Mike and he said no but he decided he is not comping the room. I said asked to speak with his boss and he said no. I said can you have her call me and he said no. I asked why and he said she won’t call you and that’s it. He said you can call customer service. I did call corporate and explained everything. They apologized over and over and said they will be contacting the hotel and taking care of the matter. They said that is not how Marriott works and I explained I know. I have stayed in many many Courtyards and never have a problem like this. Three rooms and all with dirty beds and more. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. Plenty of hotels right in that area. Since we were there for a softball tournament we had family and friends there for th

We just stayed here for one night while passing through the area. Overall our stay was was average overall, but there’s room for improvement. Let me first start off with the positives; The staff were super friendly. Every staff member I encountered was so kind! I’d give the staff a 8/10! The location for this hotel was great. It’s in a very safe area with a nice mall across the street. 8.5/10 The rate was super reasonable. 9/10 The rooms however were just average. We had two rooms up on the 4th floor which both had 2 queen beds. (Rooms 416 and 409) Both rooms were a good size, however they both did have a funky metal smell. The beds also were also extremely uncomfortable! Super super hard rock firm. Since the hotel was sold out, we couldn’t move rooms. Unfortunately I would only stay here again if I were super desperate for a hotel in this area. There are so many better options that are cleaner and better taken care of. If you like a super firm bed and don’t mind a funky metal smell in your room, this place is for you. Otherwise, keep looking...

My kids and I had a wonderful stay here! We were greeted by such a cheerful person, and in the morning we had an equally welcoming interaction by the front desk person. She even brought up our coffee and bagels from Starbucks after I had called about something else! The room had lovely touches like a statue lit by a warmly glowing light and artwork. And, the shower had shampoo in refillable jars instead of wasting those little plastic containers - wow, thank you! Everything was incredibly warm, comfortable, and totally Covid-safe. Unlike other hotels we have stayed at on our cross-country road trip, here the front desk people wear secure masks covering their nose and chin, and the dividers between front staff and guests keep everyone safe. Well done!

This is my first hotel stay since February and I wasn't sure what to expect. I had been travelling until late into the night and arrived when the night auditor Melissa was on duty. She was extremely personable and made me feel right at home. Tables and plastic dividers provided the needed distance and barriers to protect the staff and guests. I was upgraded based on my platinum status - the room was clean, bed comfortable - all my needs taken care of.

While staying at the Marriott tried the breakfast here paid $10 for a frozen burrito which was overcooked and inadequate ,then the next item also overcooked , plus the coffee was cold. Expensive and poor quality but the employees tried to make things better
