Came here on a Sunday morning around 10am before going to Trader Joe’s (next door). This is our second time at a Turning Point, the first at this location. Walked right and sat without a wait. Our coffee came quickly and the food was right after. We didn’t feel pressured to eat and leave. They offered refill cups of coffee for the road. Everything was delicious! Highly recommend!

The Tuscany omelet was amazing. I absolutely loved the selection of teas. It’s rare to go somewhere as a tea drinker and have such great choices! We had great service on a busy Sunday.

My experience at this location gets worse every time I go. Today, I had a kind waitress who was not very good at her job. Instead of using a notepad to write down our order, she just asked clarifying questions and continued to get it wrong. My expectations were low, and I was not the least bit surprised when it came out wrong (after waiting nearly 30 minutes for the food) Not only was I provided with the incorrect breakfast meat, it was very cold. In fact, the food was lukewarm at best. It was like she forgot about it, and it sat there "dying in the window." On top of that, she did not once come over and check on us after our food came out and could never say anything about it. After waiting for another 10 or so minutes for our check, nothing. So we approached the check-in counter to request our check and pay. She apologized to the man she had been chatting with at the "bar" and approached us as if we were inconvenient. She never once apologized to us for her lack of service. Very disappointed. You'd expect to have great food and service for such an expensive establishment. Instead, we had cold food and poor service. It's such a shame; this place used to be so great!

Service is always amazingly good. Food is good, atmosphere nice, clean, good parking. Nothing to dislike about this place. The coffee options are very nice and I really enjoy the homemade juices.

15-30 min wait turned into 45min+. I confirmed that we were still on the list once, and then asked to see if we could know where we were on the list. The manager was apologetic and mentioned that she would try to get us seated soon as possible even though other parties who arrived later with the same number of individuals as us and were put on the list after us were being seated ahead of us. When I got up to let the hostess know that we would be leaving, the hostess glared at us. Either way, we thanked the hostess and left.

The food was great, service great but we were put in a booth that barely fit us , it was very uncomfortable and difficult to enjoy our lunch. Last booth on the last. .you really should remove it.Vegetarian options: Not many options on the lunch menu

Good ambience for morning breakfast. Lots of brightness and green plants inside. I had Toasty Goat and it’s a good mix of healthy and tasty ingredients on the toast. Coffee was good. On the lower end it will cost about 35 to 40 bucks for two people.

Came in on a weekday morning. Service was all right. Waited very long to have order taken, and water to be served. Food took long to come out and ended up being mid anyways. Overpriced and overhyped.

The wait wasn’t bad, the store was clean and decorative. First off, we were seated and the waitress took very long time to get to our orders, but she was at other tables. When she came she did apologize to us, it’s no problem it happens. I ordered the dixie Benedict, however, I didn’t know it came with a choice of salad or potatoes, the picture had salad, so I assumed it came with salad. The waitress did not ask me if I wanted the side of salad or potatoes, and just gave me the potatoes WITHOUT asking. Secondly, the food had absolutely no sauce even though I asked for a different sauce since they were out of the one it usually came with. The dish is awful, it had an overwhelming amount of potatoes and the cornbread was so thin. My entire table was honestly disappointed with the food. The food came out fast, but it wasn’t even hot, just cool to the touch even though we ordered hot foods. The waffles were brought out with no butter. If I knew it was going to be like this, I wouldn’t have made the effort to drive, IHOP would have been better for cheaper. Lastly, for the price of this place I would hope that service was better and the food as well. Utterly disappointed, will not be coming back. I truly felt like we weren’t being taken seriously as customers, felt rushed.

I had lunch with a friend here for the first time. I was very impressed. I had the bacon grilled cheese sandwich with tomato and greens on sourdough bread. It was freshly made, great bread, great flavor. The restaurant was clean and nicely decorated. Our server was friendly. I will definitely eat here again. So many tempting things on the menu to try.
