Our first time and Tre walked us through everything! It was a great experience and the quality of the food was excellent! A lot of food for the price. Will definitely be going back.
Terrible service. Slow times. Mean host. And sub par food
Great selection, but I didn't see kimchi dishes. Lost two stars because, for a family restaurant, why would you not have a baby changing table in the men's bathroom? It's 2025, no more excuses. Men can change diapers too.
From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out we felt welcomed and acknowledged. Beautiful place inside . It was our first time and it was my daughters 18th birthday that day . Just her and I out for lunch . Guy at desk was happy and welcoming and gave menus to a lady who took good care of us and we didn’t even ask for help . She just took it upon herself to show us everything step by step and helped us cook everything and checked in on us every few minutes . She was our restaurant mom lol.. loved it … food was fresh and good . There is a moving dish line that runs through restaurant to pickup things to add to your soup. Towards the end of our experience, the lady cued a birthday song over their sound system and she was so excited to clap and sing along with others who worked there . The attention to every little detail will have us coming back . We left happy and definitely great experience. Hot pot and bbq was 33.99 a person in case anyone is wondering . That gets access to everything they offer .
The food and service were amazing!
If we could live here, we would. Me and my friends LOVE this place!! The restaurant is buffet style, so you order your drinks and soup base with the waiter, and the hot pot and BBQ is a buffet so you have a wide variety of foods to choose from. They have raw and cooked ingredients, fried appetizers, fruits, desserts, and veggies that come by on a conveyor belt. The food is very good, and we love the conveyor belt feature and the sauce bar! The staff is always nice. Our only small complaint, is we love to cook our own food, and we always have to reassure the waiters that we don't need help grilling 🤣
This place is great. We always get the tom yum soup. It's a bit expensive but walk out full. I wish they would have a wider variety or maybe rotate their offerings. I also like the ability to self-serve myself.
Great experience, best hot pot around town, hands down! Will go there again today actually!

Fantastic Dining Experience at Volcano Hot Pot!
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Volcano Hot Pot, and it was an incredible experience. The food is fresh, flavorful, and the variety of ingredients available allows you to create a meal that's not only delicious but also tailored to your preferences. As a Doctor of PT and Fitness and Wellness coach at LK Fitness & Therapy, I make an effort to prioritize healthy eating, and I was impressed with the number of nutritious options here. Whether you're looking for lean proteins, fresh vegetables, or flavorful broths, Volcano Hot Pot offers something for everyone, especially those looking to maintain a balanced diet. It's a great spot for anyone who wants to enjoy tasty food while staying mindful of their health goals. Highly recommend!

I couldn't eat comfortably, the meat wasn't fresh, nor was the chicken, and the bathroom smelled really bad and they put an air freshener in it to disguise the unpleasant smell. It's obvious that they don't clean it properly, and I left feeling nauseous.

Everytime I go there some waiters say they can make my spicy soup vegetarian and some don’t. last time I went the waiter told me I have to make it spicy myself which was really frustrating. But the atmosphere is really good.

Its AYCE and you can pick your ingredients straight from the buffet, you don't have to order off a menu and wait for them to bring you the meat. The have a few prepared foods on the buffet like eggrolls and chicken nuggets, I just wish they also had french fries and rice.

I took my daughter here as i take here out just the two of us once a month or so. The one rule we have is we need to try a new restaurant to broaden our experiences and try new things. It was our first hot pot experience and we were both a little needlesly apprehensive. We walked in and I was impressed with the overall space of the restaurant. It was a large, open, bright room with an upbeat feel. It seemed to be a busy Friday night; however, we only waited about 5 minutes for a table for two with no reservations. On your birthday you eat for free. So it seemed like it's a popular spot to go for a birthday dinner. They play an upbeat fast pace birthday song and the servers clap and make a little production out of it. It was a fun atmosphere. You also notice when you first walk in that there's a conver that moves through the whole restaurant. The conveyer caries the bowls of different vegetables to put in your pot. Very fun for the kids. The hostist sat us after about a 7-minute wait. When you sit down there is a grill in the middle of the table and a spot to heat your soup base. Everyone gets their own soup pot. The waiter asked if we have ever been to a hot pot restaurant before. When we told him this was our first time he went over the menu and the prosses in detail. He was very nice and helpful. Honestly we were a little nervous going in, being it was a completely new experience for us and he made us very comfortable and answered all of our questions. We both chose the original soup base. I recommend this on your first trip if you are apprehensive and trying to open up to new experiences. I also recommend spending the $3 on the BBQ. You can get just the hot pot for $30 or you can add the BBQ options for $3. We found this was well worth it. The BBQ short ribs were hands down our favorite. However all of the BBQ options were good and nothing exotic. The pork belly being the most exotic option in the BBQ side and it is kind of like thick cut bacon. The marinated shrip was also very good and we got some on ever trip back through the line. Don't shy away from the spicy shrimp. I do not like alot of heat and we found them to be very flavorful and on the mild side. They were delicious. The first trip to the buffet line we started small and tried tried things that we familiar to us. They have four different options of frozen brisket. We made the mistake of over cooking it the first few times. The waiter came to the table often to give us pointers and help with the different cook times. He said only cook the brisket for 15 seconds and he is right.
We made several trips back to the buffet line trying some new things and loading up on the the things we like. I only took about two trips to get in the swing of things and by the end of the meal, we felt like seasoned pros. There are a lot of options for the family members that aren't so adventurous. I would recommend get the original soup base with the Ramen noodles and going from there. I would like to go back with my wife who is not to open to new eating experience and my 9 year old who is a picky eater. They have a smaller selection of fried foods for the boring members of the family. Fried chiken, mozzarella sticks, and some other options. I wish for the $30 price tag they had more of these options for the not, so adventurous eaters in the family. But there is enough there to satisfy those types of eaters however it will not be their favorite restaurant. We had a great time and was a fun way to ease into new food experiences with the family. It's a relaxed atmosphere the servers are friendly and the food is good. We will definitely be back.
