Pricey, but a nice experience. I consider Ramen a snack, not a meal, so I can be hard on places like this, but it was a nice time

Brandon was an excellent server! He was very attentive, friendly, and made sure everything about our dining experience was perfect. He kept our drinks filled, checked in at just the right times, and was professional yet welcoming the whole time. Brandon’s great service really made our visit enjoyable, and we’ll definitely be asking for him again next time!

This place is super great. A bit of a distance from me but worth it. The conveyor belt with different types of food is really cool and unique compared to the other places I go to.

I've been here before but this time was different. Terry was the absolute MAN!!! Was without a doubt the best service I have ever received in a restaurant. He never let my drink even get close to half way before topping it off kept me and my wife's soup pots full. He would come over with food recommendations that he thought we would like...which we loved. At one point we literally thought there was mics at our table or that Terry was a mind reader since when our parchment paper got to brown he was already at our table changing it. He did everything we wanted before we even had the chance to ask. Never once bothered us if he wasnt at our table doing something that we already wanted he was leaving us to enjoy our experience. The only thing we ever had to ask a server or staff for was the check outside of that Terry was on top of everything when we needed it. He made the experience feel less like a restaurant and more like a comfortable hangout. It was my wife's first time and she already wants to go back. Food was awesome service was actually perfect. 1000% would recommend especially if your server is Terry. Would also recommend if you are a first timer just let your server explain or even ask everyone there is extremely kind and will explain for you.

Never ate at a hot pot before, but this was one of the best restaurant experiences I've ever had. Our server and the rest of the crew were super friendly, and I had a blast cooking the food at our table! The little koi pond near the entrance and conveyor belt lines that run all along the tables add to the atmosphere. Just don't take many appetizers, or you'll be too full to eat the rest of your meal.

As a hot pot virgin, this experience was amazing. And Yasmin, with her welcoming smile and helpful suggestions really made this experience special. We walked in not knowing how anything works beyond, you cook your own food’. She gave us a tour and showed us the ropes and we really got the hang of it. We had the hot pot + Korean bbq: I’m stuffed and everything was delicious!
