I. Love. This. Place! We normally get the hotpot option (my fav is the healthy herbs) I love the conveyor belt system they have for the veggies, and it's sooo nice ti be able to go up and pick what you want and how much you want from the buffet style they have their ingredients as. This definitely is a great place to go to with friends/family, just remember that it's a 2 hour dining limit (which is standard with hotpot places) and there will be a surcharge for any uneaten food. Which is why i like that you control how much you get c:

Decided to stop and check the restaurant after seeing it many times. I ordered the Hot Pot & BBQ combo since they only give the option to choose that or the Hot Pot alone. The food looks okay but I saw a lack of freshness in some of their items, like the lamb. Also, the rotating plates most of them were empty. It was and okay experience but I wouldn’t go back.

If you’re into paying $40 per person to make your own Ramen noodles and have diarrhea all night, then this is the place for you! Total rip off!! Server gives your drinks and soup then you won’t see them until your check comes. I can make better noodle soup from the comfort of home for a quarter of the price. NOT WORTH IT!???

This is the ultimate group hot pot spot. Tons of room, interesting decor (fake trees, real koi?), relatively fast service, and a decent price for what you get. They have AYCE KBBQ but I just went for the hot pot. I was part of a group of over 20 people and the restaurant accommodated us just fine on a Saturday afternoon. They have conveyor belts with all kinds of veggies (watercress, chrysanthemum greens, corn, spinach, bok choy, etc.) and a buffet for the seafoods and meats and noodles. An awesome selection with great quality. I chose the tom yum broth and it was deliciously tangy and spicy but not too spicy. My husband enjoyed the original broth, too. There was also a bar with prepared apps like scallion pancake and mozzarella sticks, kimchi, seaweed salad, etc, and a mini dessert bar, including a few ice cream options! Our servers were fast and helpful. I would absolutely come back, especially for group outings!

Not great. I've had hot and bbq in the city multiple times but this weekend I, for some reason, did not feel like driving an hour for K-bbq. I found this place that was just 35 min away. Long story short, I wont be coming back. I recommend people try a K-bbq/ hot pot spot in the city and then come back to this place. Then you'll understand. Its the same price, but so different. This place used to be a chinese buffet in the past and was suprised to see some of the same dessert served then being out on display now. If its your fist time ever eating K-bbq/hotpot then its alright as long as you don't go elsewhere. If you have been, then continue goig there. I personally didnt enjoy it and respectfully got up, payed my bill and left. On a side note, I would like to thank this saturdays floor manager for being respectful to my feedback when she asked. She was professional and apologetic. Eventhough there was nothing to be sorry about. I didn't like it, others do.

On my birthday, we went and had a server named Mica, I believe. Hands down, my favorite server I have ever had. Made great jokes with the table, very genuine interactions. Made my birthday even better, thanks again, man. And as always, love Volcano Hot Pot. Food selection is always great.

Nice little hot pot place. Nice variety of foods. A little overpriced compared to other hot pot places, but there’s no other places like this nearby, so I will deal with it. BBQ not worth it. Sticks to the paper too

We love Ma La Szechuan hot pot and seek different area restaurants for it. This is pretty good and offers the same flavors and ingredients as I’ve had in Asia. The server was good and the item selection is good. My only complaint is the relatively high price, I can’t eat two pounds of food anymore nor do I want to. I’ll probably go back at some point when I’m really craving hot pot, otherwise I’ll order from the few other Chinese places that offer it
