I hate the store layout. The inefficient layout it takes me 30% longer to complete my shopping compared to other markets.

I have NEVER been treated so badly by any store in decades. No "I'm sorry", no responsibility taken... Wegmans screwed up and blamed everyone but themselves. I'm obviously not a "family of 5, hundreds of dollars a month" customer... so, hey Wegmans, you can afford to lose me as a customer due to blatant arrogance and "pass the buck". I left the store without merchandise and they charged me. "That's how the system works. Nothing we can do" (Paraphrasing)

They are not enforcing the state mandate to wear masks. The store has pick up or instacart options so that everyone can get what they need. When you call customer service to discuss it they read you a scripted answer. Very disappointing!

My family and I loved their pizza and would get it very frequently. Price was right and their large was huge. I don't know what they were thinking but now it's basically half the size while still charging the same price and the taste is much worse. After trying this new pizza we haven't gone back and never will. I'm a huge fan of Wegmans but this change makes no sense at all.

We always buy our pizza pies from Wegman’s they use to be the best the make their dough fresh right in house. However, they recently changed their dough from the tasty thin crust to this thick doughy disgusting crust. Please change it back to the original recipe until then I will not be purchasing.

There is no excuse for knowingly sending out a meal without accompanying sauce and when questioned, customer is told the cook ran out of sauce and would have to wait til cook is able to make more, while in the meantime food is getting cold!!! After complaining, the "hostess" stepped in and offered to either replace the meal or heat up fish, both of which I declined. If cook didn't have time to make the sauce, how long would I would wait for another meal, while my husband was already eating his. Also, don't want to pay $18.00 for heated up fish. One complimentary dessert was offered by server ($5.00) which did not make up for the dissatisfaction. Don't know if we will be returning. Seems to be hit or miss at Wegman's Pub. May need to hire more staff!
