Ordered on the app, waited about 10 minutes out side even though it said it was ready to give them a little more time to prepare it. Went inside to pick up and it took another 10 minutes for them to get two whoppers and 2 small onion rings together. Food was decent, just took way long than it should have to get my order.

All I can say is make sure your food is thoroughly cooked because mine was not! My daughter ordered a chicken sandwich and it was raw. Like pink and still cold raw! I went and got my money back but will probably never go back as the sight of my kids raw chicken sandwich is embedded in my memory and will only ever think of that when I hear the name Burger King. They get 1 star because they didn't give me shit when I asked for my money back.

Most Burger King's across the state I've been to and even some in N.Y are slow. I mean waiting 15+ minutes for food and the service has been mediocre. Our local B.K is pretty good at getting you in and out in a decent amount of time. Workers are polite, helpful, and generally upbeat! I rarely get my order messed up, figure 2-3 times in 8 years! They are clean. Only downfall is that they're not easily accessible with a wheelchair. Not much to complain about!

Alyssa does a great job. As a prior fast food employee I appreciate the clean environment. Fast service, hot and fresh.
Walked inside and after 5 minute wait decided to go to drive through since nobody even bothered to come up and take my order. There were only two cars in the drive through. This was around 1pm. Such a horrible service. Mixed up my drink, and when I was about 10 miles away and eating my sandwiches, I realized that part of the order was completely missing! Everyone, check your order before you leave this place. I will Be back in the area, but won’t be stopping by for a bite here for sure.. avoid! Applebees next door is faster and cheaper nowadays!!!

I ordered using the app and went to the drive through, they had no record of my order so I went inside and the manager told me they didn't have the order. She scrolled through their computer screen and said it hasn't come through yet! I noticed a bag with my order listed on the recept and amazing there it was! She blamed the other manager for the mixup! Awful experience I'm deleting the app,
