I ordered using the app and went to the drive through, they had no record of my order so I went inside and the manager told me they didn't have the order. She scrolled through their computer screen and said it hasn't come through yet! I noticed a bag with my order listed on the recept and amazing there it was! She blamed the other manager for the mixup! Awful experience I'm deleting the app,

It turns my stomach having to make this review, but people need to know what's going on...Earlier this evening we were out and about, we wanted to get a cheap dinner so we decided on Burger King.I have had issues lately with them lately, I don't like mustard on my burgers and I tell them each time to leave it off and each time it's on there. I'm not one to take things back and complain but this was 1 of many times it's happened & my fiancé had enough cause I'd choke them down and suffer in silence. He went back to the store to get me a new burger. He went inside because the drive through line was long, when he got up to the register & told them that my burger was incorrect & we wanted a new one made... the manager proceeded to take my messed up burger that I touched, turned around and PUT IT BACK ON THE SHOOT TO SERVE TO SOMEONE ELSE! Meanwhile this burger had left for the store for over 20 MIN and I touched it! My fiancé asked him why he would do that and told him that it shouldn't be served. I'm now sitting here wondering how many burgers I've eaten that someone has brought back in and they've served to me... HOW GROSS!! The manager proceeded to say "oh they will be alright"..... my fiancé is then getting ready to leave the store when someone else's order is messed up and asks for fresh food, the manager again turns around and puts the messed up item that this other customer touched on the shoot to be served to someone else. This is our Warren Burger King folks, DISGUSTING! I will not be returning! This is so sad to me because I was born & raised in this town and Ive always had a great experience until recently...

I like the food and the service but maybe one in ten times I go there the sodas are good. They are either flat, very syrupy or the lemonade tastes like water.

I'm not much for their beef patties they use. Their chicken isn't to bad and I do like their onion rings and breakfast sammies and the hash brown tots. They also do have good fish sandwiches.Parking: They have parking at both sides of the building and are handicap accessible.
