I ordered a pull apart cupcake cake, and a smash cake, for my daughter’s 1st birthday party. Both cakes looked so gorgeous, and tasted even better! The kind gentleman was super busy but squeezed us in on such short notice!! We will be using this bakery again!

My family and I decided to do a last minute surprise birthday party for my niece 30th birthday. Cake Terminal took our last minute cookie order. The cookies were so beautiful and decorated just like the pictures we send them. We Order the butter cookies. They were simply delicious. They melt in your mouth. Everyone raved about the cookies. I have been getting my cakes here for the last 3 years, 3 weeks ago my kids had the flu and I had to cancel my 9 year olds’ birthday party and cancel his cake order a day before the party. I understand the cancellation policy and understand that I won’t be refunded for the late cancellation.On a wimp I messaged them at 10pm on December 30th, the night before his postponed party date hoping they may have a Roblox cake available. They said they didn’t. And then messaged me in the morning telling me they had an extra cake in the freezer that matched our previously ordered flavor and they would try to make the cake before the party as they were busy that morning and were making no promises. Not only did they go out of their way to try when they had no obligation to but they decorated his cake exactly how we ordered it and had it ready for us.This type of service is unheard of. The owner even messaged me later that day and apologized for not greeting my son and I when we picked it up. Unheard of. I’m amazed by their humanity and incredibly grateful for them. Thank you so much for adding some magic to our holiday season. I was still going to hire them for future celebrations after learning about the cancellation policy because I understand business and they’ve always been amazing and this just solidified my stance and I will tell everyone where to buy cakes and treats. Oh and their cakes taste amazing. They have a customer for life.

The ordering process was so easy. I ordered and paid online a week in advance. It was all set and ready for my pickup time on 12/23. It looked absolutely perfect. We didn't eat it until 12/26 and it was still excellent, moist and delicious. My son absolutely loved it. I will definitely use them again in the future!

Excellent service. I wanted a custom cake made for my daughter’s birthday, I emailed what I wanted and got exactly what I asked for. Response time it super quick and it was easy to communicate what I wanted. The cake looked amazing and tasted really good. I also wanted a last minute 2nd cake and Guy Daniel made it work. Highly recommend if anyone wants a custom cake made.

They chose a smaller cutting cake that was lemon, flavored with raspberry ganache and white icing. They also chose to separate sheet cakes, one with the same flavor and the other with chocolate chips and chocolate ganache. Both delicious! They delivered to our venu and even nicely arranged extra flowers we had on the cake! I would highly recommend!

I absolutely cannot rave enough about Cakes Terminal! I fell in love with a 6-tier monkey bread tower cake that I saw on Pintrest and had to have it for my brunch wedding. Two bakers said it was impossible but thank goodness my husband found Guy! He took up the challenge and worked with me to make my dream cake into a reality. It was delicious, beautiful, and an architectural marvel. THANK YOU GUY!!

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a company. I live in CA and was trying to get 2 cakes delivered in PA. Guy from Cakes Terminal gave the most helpful, kind and responsive customer service and bent over backwards to help make the delivery happen. The cakes were beautiful, delicious, and loved by the recipient. I give this company and it’s employees 5 glowing stars! Such a wonderful company with gorgeous cakes and incredible customer service.
