I've gotten from this location 3 times and only once was the order ok. One time I had a hair in my frozen drink and another time I had items missing from my order. I failed to check before I got home and had to drive back each time. At least throw in a free donut or something when you mess up. Not impressed with this location.

How is this dunkin still in business everyone please stop going there. I ordered a pumpkin donut and they said they were out of them even though there was a tray of them. I paid for the donut with credit card and they wanted to give me a plain donut i said no just give me my money back and they wouldnt and wanted me to pay cash for an egg wrap. Its like there literally running a scam here.

I should have took a picture but I didn't.. why do they always throw the donuts in the bag like the hell with customer service. Then they hold your order until all customers are done then all at once they bring your orders. Every time I stop here and I mean every time I stopped here I need to quit stopping at this dunkin' donuts. You look at the donuts they look so good and then by the time they throw them in a bag you get in your car to get a donut out and all the icing sticks to the bag the donut comes out bald if I want to bald donut I can't go somewhere else smmfh.

I picked up my order, and after I drank a few sips I saw a ROACH, a literal bug attached to my drink cup. (it won’t allow me to add a photo) This is disgraceful. I hope this hasn’t happened to anyone else, and I hope this issue is resolved immediately.
This location has to be the worse location in the area. It sucks because it’s close to me. The service is slow, very slow. The food is usually not even what you order. The service is just over all terrible! Just stay away!

I've been coming to this Dunkin for about a few weeks now and they were doing great until this morning I try to get a old fashion donut along with a bacon egg and cheese on croissant my typical order since the 90s when I lived in Connecticut the guy at the drive thru tells me gives me a glaze donut which I didnt ask for and I told him I asked for a old fashioned donut he goes to tell me it's like an old fashion but like a butter milk flavor and my back egg and cheese on croissant was bacon egg and cheese along with ash because my croissant was just a ash pile holding my sandwich together think I give up on fast food in 2024 and upcoming 2025 because they are becoming lazy and more rediculous as if the workers dont want to work. It shouldn't be like this.

If it were possible to give negative stars, I would absolutely do that because this place is the unwashed, oozing armpit of all the dunkin' Donuts in the LV. I will drive 30 minutes out of my way just to avoid going here ever again. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.
