LOVE coming here for my (almost) daily refresher. The staff has been so wonderful to me since I've been coming here-- I have no complaints. The one man at the window (forgive me because I really don't know his name) goes above and beyond to get orders fixed if something is wrong! For example, there was a time they had run out of something I ordered, and he asked if there was anything I'd like in it's place... he gave me extras of them! Honestly, it's like any business.. you can read all the crappy reviews below or just take it for what it is... They are humans in there doing the best they can in this crappy economy! And they're doing a GREAT job. Thank you, Dunkin in Northampton!

I've gotten from this location 3 times and only once was the order ok. One time I had a hair in my frozen drink and another time I had items missing from my order. I failed to check before I got home and had to drive back each time. At least throw in a free donut or something when you mess up. Not impressed with this location.

How is this dunkin still in business everyone please stop going there. I ordered a pumpkin donut and they said they were out of them even though there was a tray of them. I paid for the donut with credit card and they wanted to give me a plain donut i said no just give me my money back and they wouldnt and wanted me to pay cash for an egg wrap. Its like there literally running a scam here.

I should have took a picture but I didn't.. why do they always throw the donuts in the bag like the hell with customer service. Then they hold your order until all customers are done then all at once they bring your orders. Every time I stop here and I mean every time I stopped here I need to quit stopping at this dunkin' donuts. You look at the donuts they look so good and then by the time they throw them in a bag you get in your car to get a donut out and all the icing sticks to the bag the donut comes out bald if I want to bald donut I can't go somewhere else smmfh.
