Service was great, the guys on duty were very pleasant.Called in a pick up order on the way home from work, basic cheesesteaks w sauce /onions /pickles (zero modifications) sub par for a cheesesteak place. Steak had no flavor, still wondering where the cheese is, sauce is bland. The best part was the pickles and those barely existed 4 little pickles on a 10" cheesesteak.Fries were odd, it was like 3 different types some were plain, some were seasoned and some seamed like they were battered somehow.... I mean for $29 for 2 cheesesteaks and 2 fries, I've certainly had worse. But we will be skipping J's for the foreseeable future.

Dated atmospherePretty yuck cheese steak. Boiled look to cheese steak meat. Clearly cooked and chillin on the grill as visualized when paying…a pile of meat sitting on the side of the grill.Hoagies are ok for a nice cheap party platter. SKIP THE CHEESE STEAKS.

It was a beautiful evening while eating at Js. That's why I chose to sit outside. The Steak sandwich was excellent this evening. We got the two steak sandwich meal. Js has great coupons to help with the price. Just makes the meal even better.

I called a few months back at 10:58, two minutes before they opened, I didn't realize. After the phone rang for a solid minute or so no one answered I called back at 11 and the lady roodly let me know that phones don't get answered until 11 "when we open!". It was obvious she didn't feel like it that day but she must remember that there's plenty of competition out there. Sometimes it's not always the costumer. I haven't been there since but maybe in the future but not yet. The lady didn't have to say anything at all but chose to.
