I stopped by the konkrete Creamery and tried the Milky Way ice cream absolutely five stars. It was rich, creamy, and packed with caramel and chocolate goodness. Easily one of the best flavors I’ve had in a while. Highly recommend giving it a try if you’re in the area!

Went in for a CMP sundae. Well never again.Was not worth the money. Skimpy on everything…ice cream, chocolate syrup, marshmallow, peanuts, and whipped cream. Didn’t even go above the top of the cup! I will go elsewhere and get a real sundae.

Strange people here. Desperately need to work on their people skills. It’s as if they’re possessed or from outer space. Been here a few times and have dealt with 3 different workers.. Each time no greeting or anything that would say “hey, welcome, we actually want you here as a customer” They just stare at you, and you tell them one sec cause you’re checking out the options.. (store is always empty by the way) Then they walk away with no acknowledgment.. no “sure take your time or of course let me know when your ready”.. nothing. You’re basically bothering them. I would still continue to go back if they didn’t behave so oddly but it’s a pass for me and my neighbors. Sometimes you just have to go where you feel welcomed.

Visited tonite for cmp sundaes which we have done previously, but we're extremely disappointed. The ice cream was not nearly as creamy, the peanuts were stale, and the chocolate syrup was sparce. Given the proximity of two other ice cream shoppes it is highly unlikely we will return.

Ice cream is delicious and the prices are great for what you get. But the woman working at the counter (possibly the owner) makes you feel like you’re bothering her. Bathroom is dirty and corners of floor in dining area are dirty.

The Konrete creamery has a wide selection of unique flavors. I had the shoo fly pie ice cream in a large cup while my partner had the peanut butter crunch & a brownie. We were both pleased with the amount of flavor and pieces in the ice cream. HOMEMADE brownies, GENEROUS portions in the large cup & friendly service by the young woman who served us. Next time we visit Northampton we will be sure to return!!
