Love the chicken and biscuits!

The owner is very rude. Decent food. But horrible owner. He claimed to be the owner anyway. Heavy set middle aged white guy.

In a gas station/convenience store. 2 tables to sit down. Very clean including the bathrooms. Found a new favorite and now I don't have to drive to Q-town. Beats Bojangles!

On the outside, it seems like just a gas station location, but inside Krispy Krunchy Chicken is frying up hot chicken and sides. Really good food, most of the time not too long of a wait, good customer service.

OMG my husband and I didn't know this place was here. It is so needed in this part of Northampton! The chicken is really good. Mash with gravy, mac n cheese, jambalaya... yesss. My husband says they're better than Popeyes & KFC. The older gentleman behind the counter was so nice too. I can't believe this is coming out of a gas station!

Best fried chicken I've had in a long time. The biscuits are excellent as well as all the other sides. Always friendly staff and quick with orders.

Went in tonight to try some of this chicken I’ve been hearing about around town. The employees were busy but friendly, helpful and told me how long it would take being someone just bought basically the whole chicken case before me. The chicken was a tad spicy but it’s Cajun so it was good for me, the potato wedges were to die for, and the biscuit was warm and delicious with the buttery topping. Yum I will definitely be returning again for more another time!

Parking: Can get busy at times but there was plenty of room tonight.

Wheelchair accessibility: I saw there was a handicapped parking and easy access to get inside.

Worst chicken and iced cold biscuits ever!!!!! I complained to the man in back of the register and the face he made was awful, he should've just flat out called me a liar for saying the bisquits were frozen. They were ice cold!!!! What else would I say they were?? I will NOT come back here again. What horrible customer service. Total waste of my hard earned money.

Never have chicken done
They replied and you know what why would I call ahead if u only have one employee to run the whole store gas station included so it not calling ahead it having enough employees to do the work but no worries I will never recommend anyone to that store.
