Northampton Diner and Family Restaurant

This was a great resturaunt. The food was pretty delicious and I enjoyed the food and the employees and the restaurant was very nicely set up.One thing that I was surprised about was that one of your workers was giving me attitude when I went to go order my meal and I didn’t appreciate that it was very rude. It was probably because she wasn’t having no a good day or she was tired. It’s ok but I just wanted to say this I wasn’t very happy with the patience or your waitresses. Thank you so much for everything else though I liked this restaurant.

Food made my diarrhea come out like the Niagara Falls. Come here if you want to lose 5 pounds from pooping out your body fat. Service: Good but not great.
Atmosphere: The smell was … interesting but overall okay atmosphere.

Every time I’m up from Philly visiting my girls this is our go to place!!! A+!!

Enjoyable, outstanding service, friendly staff. We had nine people in our party. We were seated and served pretty quickly. The kids were happy and enjoyed their meals. I had a slight issue with the taste of my bacon burger. The French fries were good, and the strawberry ice cream was yummy.

We eat here a lot and the service and food is always great!

Good food and service for a reasonable price. I love weekend brunches there. It's never overcrowded or too noisy.

Well kept old diner. We had a good breakfast (fried eggs, hash brown potatoes, has & a gyro.

The prices are a bit much in my opinion other then that the food is delicious the staff are great

Rude customer service. Next time you welcome guests, if your servers don’t want the patronage don’t complain about the customers in ears reach. I heard you blatantly complain I only ordered a milkshake for my son and I after a basketball game. If your hostess and server want to gossip about customers, do it where customers can’t hear it. You were pleasant as pie taking my check though. I’d expect it from high school aged kids working, but not middle aged women.

I love the food, service and prices here. I've eaten breakfast, lunch and dinner here several times. I was immediately seated, got my drink, and ordered my meal all within a few minutes (I already knew what I wanted to eat) but the servers are great everytime I've been there. I ordered the chicken paprikash which is always great! They have a good menu and I haven't had a complaint about any food or service. Even had Thanksgiving dinner and it was great! Keep up the good work.

Tried this diner last night - 4 of us for dinner, and everyone thought the food, service,cleanliness was very good! We had pot roast, open roast beef sandwich, meatloaf, London broil meals. Staff was very personable and professional 😊
