I was pumped to try Potts for the first time. Wish I woulda gone to the Nazareth location. The dogs here were not very good, super small and they were half burnt. It was extra crispy when I bit into it on my first bite and I was immediately disappointed. Also , the diameter of the hot dog was so small; it was barely thicker than my pinky and my fingers aren't that thick 😂 It's hot dogs how do you mess them up? I'm not picky when it comes to Dogs lol. The fries were good and fresh though. I won't be coming back to this location but I will try other Potts locations

Just bought 2 dogs krout n mustard,kraut was brown,no flavor what so ever looks like they raked it out of the gutter ,fermented flavor gone washed away from adding water I suppose, I'm 70 yrs worst dog w kraft I ever had!!!

I love Potts. The hot dogs are cheap and delicious, they have all the usual toppings like chili, bacon, onions, and all that sort of stuff. Where else can you get dinner for two for 10 bucks? And it's really good. It's our new favorite place.

I bought four hot dogs with everything, I bought my dog to plain hot dogs, then I bought two chocolate milks also. Came outside to check on my dog went back in as a girl handed me my order I asked if I can get a to-go cup with water for my dog the girl replyed they didn't have water. I said tap water is fine she replied no I'm sorry we have no water why lie if you don't have water then why the hell are you open it was for my dog it wasn't for me. And it was hot outside, and no I didn't leave my dog at home because I'm only 5 minutes from this place.

It’s taken me awhile to make this 1-star post, but a past experience has been hard to shake. Several months ago I was in for lunch and made a small order of two hot dogs. The total was a little more than a firm dollar amount, so I told the worker (owner??) I’d have to run to my car to grab some change. He quickly replied something to the effect of “I won’t be a Jew about it.” I don’t think the intent was meant to be specifically malicious, but it was a hell of a thing to hear. I was clearly not wearing a name tag with my last name or family history, but it hurt. I have not been back since.

Worst service ever. They are always RUDE! They need some serious customer service training. Went to pick up my order and drove 15 mins home to realize they forgot my 2 hot dogs in the bag. Called them a few mins before closing to tell me sorry we are closing we will take your name down and you can come pick up your hot dogs at another time. Thanks guys my 7 year old had nothing to eat. No wonder your review ratings are less than acceptable. Do better.

Don't go there if it's an hour or two before they close. They're too lazy to make fresh food. Had 3 orders of fries & all them were terrible. You could tell they were sitting there for awhile. I had to laugh bc my dog wouldn't even eat them. All of our hot dogs were shriveled. Guess the worker figured the sauerkraut would cover the taste.
