I called to place an order for a small sub. I was told, we can’t take orders over the phone anymore because we get the orders wrong so you have to download the app. So I asked again to just place an order, the girl told me no, you have to download the app. I guess they don’t want my business. There’s a nice sub shop two streets up, I guess I’ll go there from now on!

This location is convenient to my work so I continue to order despite the bad sandwiches. Everytime I order on the app I select a time to pick up my order and it’s cold! It’s a hot sub yet cold each and every time! It’s definitely made as soon as I order it: I ask for double toasted and that never happens. I’ve made formal complaints to Subway and that does nothing. It’s very disappointing the management doesn’t care they consistently provide a bad product.

Walked in to order a meatball sub, was not acknowledged by guy behind counter. He continuously walked away from counter. Had zero meatballs to make sub. Like come on. Get your crap together. Went to local sub shop half block away called On a Roll. In and out in 5 mins. Highly recommend. Subway has gone majorly downhill. Shouldn't be in business anymore.

Got there a few minutes before 8pm on Friday may 2 2025 ordered two subs one 699 meal and a foot long there was hardly any meats mostly bread I'm a regular customer but I am very disappointed in the order was 24 dollars for my two meals that barely had any meats on them the guy said they ran out of meats but then pull a small amount of meats out the freezer I would like too get what I paid for

I would eat there 3-4 days a week for at least 7 months. At first the service was very good and the employees were above average, but that changed with turnover of employees. I still continued to go in on a regular basis until one employee gave me attitude and couple months ago. After working a 12 hour day I just wanted a sub and because she wanted to leave early she basically told me she was closing soon. The posted hours clearly stated they were open for 35 more minutes. I walked out and will never spend another dime at this location.
