I am so upset the boy was in a hurry to leave bearly put any tuna on my sandwich hardly any lettuce or tomato I paid ten dollars for nothing I love in norry gonna start go to the sunbury one

Got there a few minutes before 8pm on Friday may 2 2025 ordered two subs one 699 meal and a foot long there was hardly any meats mostly bread I'm a regular customer but I am very disappointed in the order was 24 dollars for my two meals that barely had any meats on them the guy said they ran out of meats but then pull a small amount of meats out the freezer I would like too get what I paid for

This is the 2nd time in one week my bread is completely stale and nasty. It's not toasted sub why does it look like it and hard as a rock.

I would eat there 3-4 days a week for at least 7 months. At first the service was very good and the employees were above average, but that changed with turnover of employees. I still continued to go in on a regular basis until one employee gave me attitude and couple months ago. After working a 12 hour day I just wanted a sub and because she wanted to leave early she basically told me she was closing soon. The posted hours clearly stated they were open for 35 more minutes. I walked out and will never spend another dime at this location.

Every single time I place an order online, the order is clearly visible, physically hanging on the order board, above the sandwich items. You must walk in, to jar them into just START to make it. One time a girl was literally in the back just dancing around. I walk in and she said, “Oh yeah! I forgot.” This is after waiting 30 minutes at home, just to make sure it would have been done. Nope. Wasn’t even started.

Supposed to close at 9 but doors were locked at 8:30 one time. Today at 8:00 they were out of all the footlong dippers, foot long cookie and the footlong pretzel. No idea how they stay in business

Gone are the days where "you" are focused on as a customer. Apparently when your friends and buddies walk in they can get more attention instead of paying attention to what you should be doing. Will never return to this subway again. Jersey Mike's makes better sandwiches anyway.

I’m a college student and I tend to come here a lot. Went there to grab 6 subs for family , they only had 4 bread and it was ONLY Italian. Which , no biggie. But not closing till 10 and not having bread ? And it was super stale. Never had an issue here there. Hope next time is better :,(

Never had an issue..until today..both sandwiches are COLD!!!!!! I picked it up within 10 mins of ordering..they were not thrown in the heater.. they should have been..it wasn't a cold sandwich
