The funny thing is I had to travel to this Arby's because they were the only ones to have the deep fried turkey sandwich but not only that when I went through the drive-thru the lady gave me my order but guess what before I pulled off she said wait wait wait wait we forgot your fries I said excellent customer service and I appreciate that whoever that young lady was please give her a raise I highly recommend this Arby's💯💯💯💯

There are no Arby's in Philadelphia in the closest one is about 14 miles away in the suburbs. So to find one and to have the experience that I had is priceless. I purchased the fried turkey club sandwich and I've had fried turkey before and this sandwich was slamming! And the fries, as the server told me, were freshly made because the previous batch was cold and these fries were just slamming! It was so good. I couldn't eat the food slow enough! It's too bad it's so far from my home but I'm going to definitely have to go back and have that deep fried turkey club sandwich and nose crinkly fries! 🤗😍🙌🏾🙏🏾👏🏾💯🤤

I HATE THIS ARBYS!!!!!!! It's the closest one to me and I wanted to try the new deep fried turkey sandwich. When ordering the lady was very short and dismissive and you could barely hear her I get to the window I'm met with attitude she reached for my card i said we'll what's my total????? She said 20 something when she was handing me back my card she refused to extend her arm out the window so I can reach my car I said "well I can't really reach that"" very rude then I said can I have horsey sauce now I ordered a sandwich large fries two wraps a shake ..... she hand me one sauce I said"can I have one more she like"we only allowed to give one" and shoved two more in my hand. This store has some rude workers if your not gonna be polite or if you don't like the job you chose find another gig my food was cold dry sloppy and unappealing I'm a fan of arby but will never visit this location again I will take the drive somewhere else this whole order went in the trash waste of money

I'm so mad! Sent my husband here to get lunch and he gets back we get everything out my husband ordered curly fries I ordered crinkle and there are 5 YES 5 long black kinky hair in both of our fries! I called up and they said we get 2 free meals to be honest I don't even know if we will go back that tells me that the proper sanitary process are not being followed. Obviously there was no hair net involved here and if you can't were a hair net what other practices are being neglected. Are gloves even being worn? Obviously like i said there was no hairnet involved the fact that both of our fries which are diffrent had several hairs in them is HIGHLY UNSANITARY! SMH im pissed! Spent all this money for food we can't even eat due to sanitary reasons 😒 😑

I called Norwood store asking for the Clifton Heights phone number because the one on the website is wrong the lady answered with attitudes then hung up on me what a disgrace and this is what you want running your store.

Drive through was quick. Glad they have hamburgers back permanently and have always thought the Smokehouse Brisket tastes great at a fair price.
Went here with my boyfriend and it was actually our first time trying Arby’s and we had a pretty pleasant experience. The cashier was very helpful with suggesting what we should try, we ended up getting the chicken sandwich sliders which were excellent and we also got the strawberry milkshake too which great too. Will definitely be back again in the future.

The customer service was actually so pleasant, the employees were nice and patient as we looked at the menu because weve never been to arbys. We also had questions about the menu and their answers were very helpful. Today was college move in day at widener and it was actually amazing to be able to experience some out of this world good customer service after an exhausting day. Besides that, the food was so so good. Ive heard so many bad things about arbys and this food just threw all of that out the window. It was so good. Some over the best fast food ive ever had. Im so glad i came here tonight. It was wonderful!
