Ordered the gyro pizza a few months back, and the pizza gets delivered with no Gyro meat. Spoke with manager who apologized, said they were just too busy at the moment to replace it, but when I placed my next order, just mention it and he would get me new one. 3 weeks later: I call to place my latest order, but no one has a record of my "meatless" gyro pizza to be replaced..., but I got a house full of hungry mouths who already wrote down their orders, so I place the order anyway. This time, there was so little toppings on the pizzas, we had to break out magnifying glasses to make sure they were actually present. Now I order the gyro pizza again, this time no onions, no feta, and no side of Tdaziki sauce. WTF??? Done. BIG disappointment. BIG hassle. BIG bye-bye...

Special after Christmas drinks and food with Amigo Dan. I've seen a lot of great posts from Big Chef's. I was really looking forward to getting this pizza. If you follow me you know how expectations go. We got the Philly Cheesesteak Pizza. There was a lot of cheese. Amigo Dan said he didn't like the cheese. I couldn't get that out of my head.

I really enjoy Big Chefs Pizza. They seem to really care about the quality of product that they produce. I'm a big fan of their Norwood and Prospect Park Pizzas. Whatever style of pizza you choose, I think the crust is the most outstanding part. They also make a great Caesar salad.

0. I was charged a delivery fee without be told. It is not listed on their paper menu or online menu. I went to the pizza place and wanted to know why my pizza which was $14 with tax became 17.29. I was told it was a delivery fee that I wasn't notified about. They would not refund my $3 or give me a credit towards another order. Of course I won't be ordering again. So I'm starting here with a complaint.

If you are anywhere near Norwood, do not go to one of those chains and get pizza. Definitely go to Big Chef's! This is hands-down, one of the best pizza places I have ever been to. And they have baklava available every day, which is my absolute favorite thing to get with pizza. Whoever would have guessed those two things go together? I definitely would not have - but now I am hooked. I generally get my food to go, so I can't see much about the inside of the restaurant. It is just a small restaurant with a few tables, but they have a tremendous to go business.

This has been my go-to spot for pizza since moving to Delco. Food always arrives hot and delivery service is always prompt. The bbq chicken pizza is my favorite by far! A little pricey, but good food all around.

No major issues. Fries just tasted like oil hadn't been changed. Nice to have a spot with beef pepperoni instead of just pork. Will come back definitely.Dietary restrictions: The beef pork is nice to have as an option

Just ordered and made a mistake by puttin the wrong phone number and the food was sent back but then I called and they sent me back the food and the customer service was great , food was good and good amount just the rice was a little dry but I get it it was closing time thank you I’ll definitely order again.
