I’ve been here multiple times and it’s always a great experience! The cats are so sweet and seem very happy in their environment. There’s lot of toys and ways to engage with them. The staff is so kind and clearly passionate about helping the kitties find their furever homes! Great activity to support a great cause even if you are not ready to adopt another cat yet (like me)!
I would rate this place as so-so. I got strange vibes from the people running it. The woman who greeted us definitely seemed annoyed that we were there without a reservation, even though they allow walk-ins. We purposely checked the website for availability and came based on that There was also an uncomfortable feeling while in the room with the cats that they were watching my every move.
