Stopped in for a small sampler to try a little bit of everything. It was incredible! The ribs were the best ribs we’ve ever had. The sausage was so juicy. The baked beans were so delicious as well! Looking forward to coming back for more goodies!

I was recently at the bbq competition and got the brisket Mac and chesse bowl. I am giving them a 1 star due to the quality and price of the food. The al la carte item came in a very small bowl. The Mac and chesse had no chesse. The brisket was better then the Mac and chesse.

I spoke with Matthew Harper over the phone to discuss food options for a work luncheon. Some of my co-workers have dietary restrictions. He was able to make accommodations without any hesitation so the entire staff can enjoy all the food. He catered all the food and dropped it off to my work on time. For 70+ people we had plenty of food and some leftovers. We ended up getting trays of smoked brisket, spare ribs, smoked chicken wings, with sides of smoked mac n' cheese, green beans, coleslaw, and baked beans.The smoked brisket was probably the best I have ever had. Beautiful smoke ring and great seasoning.The wings were out of this world. A lot of flavor and meaty.The spare ribs were big and full of flavor. Sliding off the bone. The ribs were not dressed, which I really appreciate. Matthew provided a few different selections of sauces to dress the ribs how we wanted to.All the sides were amazing. I ate way too much of the mac n' cheese. The green beans had a very unique and tasty flavor. Personally, I do not eat beans but I tried them and ended up having a bowl. It was very easy to tell how fresh the coleslaw was. I feel like he made it hours before dropping off the food all the way down to Newark, DE.On top of all the amazing food, Matthew stuck around, helped me set everything up and talked me through all the food and we talked a little about his cooking process.He even left us with about two dozen fresh cookies from a local bakery by him because he appreciated the business. 20 out of 10, I recommend everyone to use his services for parties, luncheons, or stopping by his truck to grab a meal. You won't regret it! I am already planning to have him back at my job for another party!
